I recently bought mooer ge100. I also have a blackstar 20 amplifier which has many setting and presets. Now i don't know, should i connect mooer ge100 to amplifier or directly to a speaker. Different effects on ge100 and Different on blackstar. I think it will add both effects and will distort sound. How to connect it to amp blackstar v3 20
The manual for the GE100 will tell you how to select between a 'line out' (speaker) and amplifier output. The main thing I'd say is to turn the 'DS' and 'amp' sections off on the GE100 to avoid that extra distortion. If I can offer some advice, think about the Mooer pedal as an added stage between your guitar and the sound coming out of your amp. You might add a flanger, wah or distortion as part of the effects chain on the GE100, then pass that on to the Blackstar to provide the amp simulation and post-fx like delay/reverb.
