I think he's going based off their fact the game classifies the Medigun as a weapon, as it would seem to be the case with Razorback and cozy camper.
@@vaporwave2339thinking back on this, I don't get why the cozy camper is included. I get why the charge'n targe or razor back are counted despite not being weapons. But unless there are non-regulation rules specifially for backpacks, then I don't wanna hear it.
Actually, it can be argued since the Pyro is legally insane, the blame for their actions would solely fall on Mann Co for enabling them.

At 21:06, he claims that he stole weapons ideas from Blu Mann but those weapons came from his grandfather's blue prints that Blu Mann adimtted to looting from engineer's grandfather's grave so technically they belong to engineer since they were invented by his grandfather.
Fair enough as the comics did state that so Blu Mann stole the inheritance from Engi by graverobbing, thus, it isn't espionage at all

The sticky bombs would be legal because they are manually detonated. Also, claymores are legal because they are also manually detonated, but most video games depict them like landmines.
Actually the sticky bombs take about a couple quadrillion years to explode, but they do detonate themselves, it just takes from the moment the big bang started all the way to when the solar system dies and then some, BUT they do blow up on their own. there is a video that proves this
Technically they are PMCs so the Geneva conventions wouldn't have the same power (especially since tf2 canonically takes place in the 60s)

There's a bit of a mistake in the video. Anti-personnel landmines that *self activate* (meaning that the only person causing the boom is the person receiving the boom) are a war crime. The call of duty claymores with lasers, they are a war crime. But the real thing is activated by the person who put it there (or their ally) with a clacker like with c4. Side fun fact: Claymore is less of a pure explosive and more of a shotgun. The actual thing that is supposed to do the killing isn't the explosion, it's the 700 1/8 inch steel balls launched by the explosion.
True but they're fragmentation grenades. Actual explosives that can level a building or liquify a guy are another thing entirely, and I was just checking that same rule and it covers "Fragmentation" mines. Unless Demo's using a whole lotta buckshot (I doubt he is) he is still in trouble

actually Uber charge wouldn't count a chemical warfare as the process is done through a heart implant, and the original meet the medic shows how the medigun was created and since its used to heal teammates it would likely count as chemicals being used for medicinal purposes
ironically, sticky bombs dont count for the anti personal item because they require line of sight and manual activation
that law only counts towards automatically activated land denial

I understand that they're from a little kids show that was based on a toyline franchise by Hasbro, but still, which of the six main characters have commits terrible acts the most. Claymore mines have a command-detonated mode. I.E an operater makes them go boom instead of an idiotic soldier walking into them. that's legal, it'd be illegal if they were victim activated I.E a trap you just left. However the rule applies to fragmentation mines. Demoman's weaponry is designed to blow you to kingdom come however, so while they are command-detonated, they're only legal if he's a construction worker or using them to destroy things, not people. Meaning he is still breaking the Geneva Convention.
