Hey Ebony,
I'm a 4/6 splenic manifestor with a defined ego center who struggles with self worth and self esteem. Since this vid is more for the undefined ego, is there anything different you might suggest for those of us with defined ego centers? I see value in doing the exercise you mentioned, but is there a different approach for my "kind"?
I would say take a look at your G-Center as well. The ego and g center used to be one before they split apart so they carry similar themes and can manifest in similar ways. So if you have an defined ego but an undefined g I would say instead of writing down what you value about yourself, I would say write down what you love about yourself.
Also since you have a defined ego, really pay attention to what you want. I have found with my defined ego clients, when they are really struggling in this area it's because they aren't allowing themselves to go for what they really want.

Here's what I want you to do for me: Look at your Human Design chart. Find the channel that defines your heart center (it will either be connected to your throat, your g center, your Spleen or your solar plexus. It could also be defined by multiple channels). Tell me if the channel or channels that define your heart center are red all the way through or black all the way through
