I like that you can shoot the dangling raptor into the water to distract the piranhas. That’s just clever level design.

This series has grown to become my most looked forward to seeing. I felt like a little kid at the sheer joy of seeing a new upload. 😅 They're fun to watch, I enjoy the lore behind everything (that kuru one is crazy, I never knew), and its an all around pleasant experience! Now onto the next level with everyone's favorite vehicle, the kayak. 😁

So last level we had tribes people appearing out of nowhere and now this time we get dinos also appearing out of nowhere... in the dark. Oh the joy 😂

They really racked up the difficulty on them, it definitely gets tedious.
The remastered compsognathus (the little green ones) are so cute that I actually avoided killing them in that little room they're in. Just too nice!

According to the legend, the myth, the inscriptions, Bob the Builders father, Colton the Constructor introduced the tribe to bricks and cement. Not the wisest thing, obviously, but hey, his son talks to building machinery. 💁♂
Anyhoo, on a serious note, I am so scared of the dinosaurs in this level, they are seriously such bullet sponges it's insane! Also, love the fact that you jumped, so happily, into piranha infested waters with dive rolls and all 🤣Wonderful video, wonderful level, thanks for top tier entertainment again, Suzanne :) !

The dark room was way too intense, I got so scared just from watching I know I would panic and mess it up real quick if I played it 🫣

Saz. This level of the game was my favourite part I think the cutscenes are so amazing and actually quite interesting.. you could just keep on watching the cutscenes over and over... 😊😊❤
Can we talk about the background noise at 23:00 I hear it EVERY TIME I place in South Pacific and it makes me think of like a weird fart sound or something frying in a pan 😂😂😂 and I haven’t seen anyone mention it

I don’t know if it’s the ambience lighting but Lara looks slightly tanned in this levels! Or is it just me? If she really is, I love they added this kind of details through the remasters (like her dirty feet when she’s barefoot in the Maria Doria lol)

Given where the island is located if it were real, the bricks are probably remains of WW2 outposts. Possible the tribesmen stayed away from all the armed guards and built the nearby village after the soldiers or whomever were withdrawn.

30:38 - funny story time: I had misremembered this T-Rex trick and tried it in the nest instead, thinking it couldn’t see me if I stood still. I even proudly showed off my eureka moment to my bandmates who watched me play. Right as I said “look! It can’t see me, I’m safe!” it gobbled up Lara with perfect comedic timing! My bandmate and I were in stitches laughing!
This was a very edge of the seat playthrough! This levels a tricky one, and those jump scares in the dark raptor rooms are so freaky! But you handled it all like a champ!

this came at a perfect time, was needing a pick me up! also, its cool if were all just accepting it for what it is, but is it ever explained why theres freaking dinosaurs in this game? when theyve been famously extinct for millions of years? theres dinosaurs in all the first three games, and i love how were all just like, "dinosaurs? okay sure why not"

Also I’ve noticed in the remake all the enemies seem to have a tracking “upgrade” so they end up moving more then usual! Thus to say in new game+ towards the end w the turret I rushed and blew the wall up and jumped across and was literally able to bait the raptors into running off the edge of the broken plane wing and dying in the water 😂😂

Much enjoyed Suzanne . i didnt want the level to end. there were times i wanted to shout '' HES BEHIND YOU'' lol. Talking of endings im sure i said before you can finish the ending with one fire of the turret to the far left corner. Then just run and jump to there . Raptors cannot follow you . Onwards and upwards 🙂

@@AO968I dont know about took care of. Lara states that the tribesmen are cannibals. Through the dialog, its heavily implied thats what happens to him after Lara leaves.
The tribespeople put him up there in preparation for the feast, specifically because he can't climb down.
Maybe the smuggler from Coastal Village is the source of all these bricks? 🤔😛

Another way to take down the T-Rex is by going to that door with the switch and shooting him he wont attack you there and we are in the same situation i did a deadlift as well yesterday and can move at all today 😂

8:49 Don’t underestimate the compys (the little green dinosaurs). The other lot in this level can kill the T-Rex if you don’t gun them down before she spawns, so it’s quite possible that these ones killed the raptor after it eviscerated the dead soldier.
24:34 And now we get to the real reason you’ve been disparaging the soldiers all level: to try and legitimise your interpreting “If you see any of my men alive in there, direct them to the north shore, will you?" as “If you see any of my men alive in there, let them assist you against anything hostile before murdering them and stealing their belongings, will you?"
You missed pick-ups in earlier levels, so claiming you need to kill these guys to get everything is not a valid excuse.
25:07 The soldiers don’t have the same hive mind as the monks of Barkhang. They’ll treat you as a threat if they see you firing at them or killing one of their buddies, but any you massacre while they’re off-screen won’t influence them.

(Next level): Dragons' locations:
1. Climbing down the rocky wall by one end of the area (after the kayak room)
2. Climbing up the steps (appears when you're near the edge)
3. Guarding a switch located after the razor grass and crawl space
4. Crawling out of a crawl space near the razor grass (shoot it with a Desert Eagle)
5. Area after the crawl space when you get on to the stone bridge (shoot it from there)
6. At the bottom of the first secret (shoot it from the entrance with pistols)
7. Running around the other end of the next room (shoot it from a higher ledge using your pistols)
8. Waiting for you to climb out of the water in which that crocodile swims (use Desert Eagle)
9. Once you climb up into the room with the plug switch (the dragon will appear from the right)
10. When you flip the plug switch and then the torch lights up at the end of the room
P.S. the first dragon will appear when you pass the kayak room.
This level is the Lost Valley on Steroids.
After we buy the bricks and make the wall, we'll cook the soldiers and have b and q...don't you mean a bbq???

yeah Lara must be super strong. If we try that our stamina would run out faster than the stamina bar in Angel of darkness if Lara never got stronger (start of the game)

Always loved this level. Never understood the cave with the climbing and switches. Just a few pick ups. Not important for the level. You can get on the plane just from the right side of the plane on the ground. Do not need to go up to get on the plane. Is it a glitch that the tyrannosaurus rex can not get you when you stand in the water? Good play through. Did you see the Tomb Raider Remastered Collector’s Edition? Thanks for this video.
Ye if I was doing a normal playthrough I wouldn’t bother with that cave for one pick-up 😂 I’m not sure if it’s a glitch with the T-Rex, apparently if you just stand still anywhere it doesn’t attack you, so it must be a glitch. Yes I pre ordered the collectors edition. Very excited 😍

Yes, there are lots of Jurassic Park references in Crash Site. For example you can distract the T-Rex by throwing a flare that it will try to attack.
