I just finished my first build I loved doing it.
Speed control went out Ron. That happens especially after some mileage on a router.
I disassembled the motor and cleaned it; it works like new.
I forget what you call it, but some time back, I recall a device you hung on the front of the bench where it has vertical strips using the hole system for height adjustment. I think you used this for doing door edges/hinges.
Anyway, you might cut slots vertically along those strips and add the t-slot clamps like you have here.
The Smart Panel Rig has T-Slots, albeit the smaller version. I believe I can feed them through my router using the new bit to accommodate clamps.
Have you run that bit in a smaller router? I'm wondering if my 2 1/4 hp Bosch would turn it as well as your bigger Milwaukee routers.
I was wondering about the same thing. I have a 1617, but I don't have one of those 3-1/2 HP Milwaukees.
Hate to say it, but I got a little motion sickness from this vid.
