So it looks like it's been all but confirmed that the trailer is NOT dropping this week. Not a big deal to me, but there is some major fallout happening with the fans after getting this news.
Those days could be possible, because due to my research between dates for movie trailers and the actual movie's release date, my guess was that the trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 would release at some point in the summer, since the actual movie wasn't set to release until late December. Also, happy Mother's Day!
We could get two trailers for all we know, kinda like how Sonic Movie 1 did (although for that movie, it was because of the redesign).

Based on something that recently came to my attention, I can say that there is a 99 percent chance that Amy Rose is in Sonic 3. I can't tell you how I know this yet. If she's in the trailer, then it means this method is surefire, and I'll point it out to you, although a few people might already be aware of the method I'm using to figure this out (although the Knuckles miniseries really made it obvious).

Since this seems to already be getting around, I'll just tell you. In the first movie, Maddie wore a yellow shirt. And in Sonic 2, we got Tails. In Sonic 2, she wore red and black. And in Sonic 3, we're getting Shadow.
This is about 99 percent confirmed as of now, but if Amy is in the trailer, then we have a concrete way of determining which characters will show up in future movies.
