But the underline is that this is a man who is VERY passionate about his profession, who has worked his ass off for years to get where he is and genuinely cares about his customers getting the most cleanest and quality food possible

Dashte It's not impossible, but few take invasion of privacy for petty reasons well.
You're pulling it out of proportion, they can film anything regardin the show, anything that happends there, with him, they are allowed to film without asking for his permission time after time, however when he later goes home and sits on his sofa they are not allowed to film that since he didn't give them permission.
