For a Christian State it is most shocking that Naga women do not have land and inheritance rights. Nagaland will forever be tribal and backward if half its population which comprises women are suppressed intellectually, economically and socially. If you can change your religion, you can change your traditions for the betterment of your tribe and society, there is no excuse not to.
