Slay, Keenan Allen and Tyrann Mathieu were the noticeable draft picks that year who turned All Pro. So it was a pretty good Draft picks each year has at least 5+ players who turns all pro

This was at a time where no one beat the Seahawks in Seattle. The only home loss in their championship year.
Before 2012 the Seahawks weren't relevant (except in 2005 then became irrelevant again in 2006), plus 2010 NFC West was like today's NFC LEast, 7-9 Seahawks(Rams also had same records) could host a home playoffs game. Also they always lost to the Bears twice in the Playoffs in periods 2000 - 2010

That would also mean that the Patriots were irrelevant from 2005 through 2013, because they didn't win a championship.

This result is even more remarkable when you consider the fact that the year before when these teams met in Seattle, the Seahawks won 58-0.
With the exception of the Patriots/Titans 59-0 blowout, that was probably the most lopsided game I've seen in the last 15 years
It was the 2nd most lopsided game of the 21st century, narrowly beating out the Saints 62-7 rout of the Colts in 2011

I wonder what would've happened if the Cardinals got into the postseason that year. They started off 3-4, and then won 7 of their next 8 games to improve to 10-5 after this. If they snuck in, they had the chance to possibly go on a tear

Didn’t end up mattering. Hawks went on to win the Super bowl that year and my cards barely missed the playoffs at 10-6
even if that INT at the end was ruled incomplete, i think the cards D woulda held the hawks out. they were holding them the entire game.

What a great way to piss away 4 interceptions from the Seattle defense. All I could think is how did they only manage 10 points with all those weapons.

Watching all these old replays just makes me hate russell wilson more. I never liked from day 1. Every snap he takes, he looks so scared back there. He starts scrambling way to early and has no poise in the pocket. Everyone always blamed our offensive line for many years but half the sacks that russell took were 100% on him. He has always had a hard time reading defenses and the only reason russell won as many games as he did was because the defense kept them in every game and not to mention you had beast mode plowing dudes over. Poor Denver made the worst decision in NFL history to give up what they did for Wilson
