Terrain cards :Are they played at the same moment as when the track is laid with the cars?> Do you score it at that moment? How do you score or remember which terrain cards or routes were already counted if you are just putting the card back in the deck? Or can you play the terrain card in another turn for that route that has already been played, and if so does playing that terrain card count as a turn? Lots of terrain card questions that did not appear to be answered in the instructions or in either video. Needs much more explicit directions for those cards.
What is with people not knowing the difference between pink and purple? Purple is a mix of red and blue. Pink is red and white. They are both tertiary colors with red blended in but pink and purple are different colors
I pre-ordered this and now I am even more glad I did. I like that they have tuned the challenge of TTR up a bit, because even though the original TTR is a fine game, it is very light. This version will be very welcome in our home. I also noticed the lovely African themed illustrations on the map, which of course adds even more to like in this newest development i n TTR. Thank you for taking the time out of your Christmas season to review this, and Merry Christmas to the Vasel Family.
I had a discussion about the terrain cards. When I have (for example) one grey/white/black terrain card. And the other players have none....can I use it to double points when I build a white track of 3 traincards?
I don't know about this. I have stopped playing USA map online because of blocking, though it is pretty spacy. Europe is not so cut-throat usually. Legendary India is fine for me only with 2 player's quick game and blocking is usually not an issue.
Was this game discontinued? I can't find it anywhere but ebay for 125+! Is there a place where the tickets are listed out? I'd love to play this game, but it's not on either iPad version. I can play on my atlas if I can see what the ticket values are.
Rebecca Joyner it is out of stock, not out of print. scalpers know this and jack up the prices. just wait. certain sites like Cool Stuff Inc and others have "notify me when back in stock" option where they will email when it returns. do not give into scalpers! onlybpay more than MSRP for out of print, not out of stock. big difference.

The audio for the "game intro" was only in the left speaker. But it was in stereo after the component drop.

Looks interesting, but it's a bit disappointing that it's only a one-sided board.
Question: What's a tighter map for 2 players- this or Nordic Countries?
