एक अच्छे अभिनेता को मन से ईमानदार होना भी ज़रूरी होता है
1991 मे जब भारत दिवालिया होने की कगार पर था तब PV Narsimharao के पास बहुमत नहीं था। फिर भी मन की ईमानदारी दिखाकर वाजपाई जी ने ऐसी विपदा में भी अल्पमत की सरकार पूरे ५ साल चलने दी। वो जब चाहे सरकार गोरा सकते थे मगर उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया। बाबरी विध्वंस के बाद भाजपा नेताओं पर मुकदमे दर्ज हुए, भाजपा की सभी राज्योकी सत्ता राष्ट्रपति शासन लगा कर बर्खास्त कर दी। फिर भी भी वाजपाई जी ने सरकार के अल्पमत में होने का गलत फायदा नही उठाया। जब १९९६ में भाजपा सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनी तब उनकी सरकार १३ दिन में गिर गई। क्योंकि जो मन की ईमानदारी उन्होंने ५ साल तक दिखाई वैसी ईमानदारी की किसीको कदर नही थी।
अब आप बताइए क्या भाजपा की ईमानदारी की मलाई कांग्रेस खाए और कांग्रेस की बेइमानी की सजा भाजपा भुगते ये कहा का न्याय है? अब भाजपा अपनी ताकत और कमजोरियों को बराबर समझ चुका है। वाजपाई जी जैसे मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम की कीमत तब जो नहीं समझ सके, वो अब कृष्णनीति को नही सह सकते!

I think Mr. Mishra knows a little bit about Indian politics when he says he saw only Indra Gandhi and Narendra Modi are the gaint figures of Indian politics. Still there remains many including Pandit Nehru, Bajpee Sahab and Manmohan Singh.
They weren't strong leaders. They made India a soft state. Lal Bahadur was stronger than Nehru. Nehru lived in a lala land of socialism. Bhajpai was a loss to India. Why do do you think modi loves camera. Because he learnt from Bajpai's mistake. He knows that public opinion always needs to be taken care of. Like Mishra said Modi is one of a kind leader that India have witnessed. Jisne media ko he ghnte pr bja k rakha hai..

When u run a country you have to be shrewd....Just try to lead a small group with people from diverse backgrounds with different needs and even sometimes those needs r conflicting with one another... understand the conspiracies/pressures at sub surface , surface and supra level....India has so many fault lines many of which r inherent and others r self made.....many internal and external groups always hovering around to seek advantage of these fault lines.....in this scenario Realism works.. idealism is for ideal situations....but real world doesn't work like that....
