It could be that they are getting their feathers plucked by other zebra finches in the cage. You could separate them and see if that helps for the feathers to grow back
Those gouldians really look bad, but in time thy will get there feathers. One of my female gauldian died, from the beginning I had her she never sat with the others, then I saw her bottom beak is to long , so I cut it to be equal. But she never was social. Then she could not fly up to the punches, I found that strange. And a few days later she was dead 💀..😪 very unhappy about that. My canneries have laid a few eggs and sitting on them, and my zebra finches had babies, thy are big and strong now. My love birds only two females are in the nests...? Not sure . But thy lay eggs and then thy brake or eat them, thy have cattle bone, and I give them vitamins in water ...and lettuce, carrots 🥕 and been sprouts, sometimes. Well I know it’s still cold and I can’t expect them to breed now. So I am just content with what is happening at the moment.
birdnerd .... the other 3 is doing fine, as soon as we out of this lock down I I’ll replace the female, and get another pair. So far the other birds are doing fine to. Just my love birds, gosh thy lay eggs and then thy brake it of I never see them having a baby, in a year I have only had one baby. And there is enough nests for all 3 pairs...thy can get quite loud. I just love them....thy speak to me and loud....🙉.

I would stop giving them greens and put them on a seed only diet. Give them heat and See if that helps
