I came here because of yesterday's Glory DVD recording of Takie. It was a great recording true to the sound of Takie Ndou. Beautiful interview this was and what I noticed from Takie is that he's really an African. Yesterday I counted 8,9 languages that he sang and he's very inclusive in his music. GOD bless him.
This man is really a super star; so many hit songs, top class band, great backing vocalists, 1-in-a-million voice, well written songs, good productions, stage presence, dance skills, relationship with other artists, big fan base, humble, etc, etc. Shout out to you as well @The GRP Podacast for the work you're doing in your podcast. He's such an amazing guy. Meet him in Cosmo mall when I was working at fisher ways. Guy gave me a cd because I told him I know him. I was so touched when he called me on his way out of the parking lot to give me a cd. To this day I still cherish that. My favorite song in that album being Ahuna nonga vhone
