I will begin by making a brief introduction to the purpose of the Essene mirrors (7) and the 5 wounds of the soul(book with the same name written by Lise Bourbeau).
Note:A mirror cannot be cleand by breaking or wiping it, but by cleaning what Puts you face to face with it.
I just discovered a new approach to this film based on the exceptional way in which you analyzed the film, namely through the prism of the Essene mirrors (7 in number).
I will take time to formulate as possible the point of view that I will send you, of course, only if you are interested in it(in short. I missed writing to you).

And now briefly about the 5 wounds of the soul and their Masks :
1)REJECTION WOUND=RUNNER'S MASK;
2)ABANDONMENT WOUND=DEPENDENT MASK;
3)BETRAYAL WOUND=DOMINATOR'S MASK;
4)HUMILITY WOUND=MASKIST'S MASK;
5)INJUSTICE WOUND=RIGID MASK.
In my eyes, this echoes the archetype of the Mask that Carl Gustav Jung spoke about.
Hi, I have to admit that I haven't heard of Carl Gustav Jung so far and also thank you for making him known to me.
Due to the fact that each of us is part of a whole and we are in a permanent connection through energy with the collective subconscious, it means that we at the subconscious level communicate and call/attract in life people to help us identify and cleanse ourselves of the 5 wounds of the soul as well as to cleanse ourselves permanently at the energetic/spiritual level through the prism of the Essene mirrors, a fact that has as "consequence" the healing in the last phase of the fleshly body. Also being Part of the whole, each of us we have access to all the knowledge to which God (the Universe) has access.

Mirror nr.1=mirror of the moment(attract what you are now in this moment).
Mirror nr.2=the mirror of the ego(I attract what I judge, I reject).
Mirror nr. 3=mirror of partnership(complementary souls/pair souls and directly proportional relationship between him and God în a symbolic sense).
Mirror nr. 4=the mirror of our obsessions, attachments.
Mirror nr. 5=the direct proporțional relationship between our biological parents and God(in a symbolic sense).
Mirror nr. 6=the mirror of the deep fears and darkness of the soul.
Mirror nr. 7=the mirror of our real self not who we want to pretend to be.
It may be considered along with idea that art is a kind of a mirror for a human being :)
Sure, and also that feminine/creative side of each of us.
In short:strange that Stanley Kubrick "died" just 14 days after the debut of "EYES WIDE SHUT", don't you think?
Well, I can't say for sure. But in fact he created his best picture which he had pondered all his life - and then he died... It is symbolic at least.
