- I know, it's a bold claim, best collection on Yoube. It's something I am proud of. You can see where I started with my 800pc collection video only a couple of years ago which now has over a million views.
This is 1000 1:18 scale cars!
Not, 900 Hotwheels sized cars. It's 1000 1:18 cars.
It's not 1000 mass produced cars, 'ya know, the Maisto and Bburagos you buy at Costco, not that there is anything wrong with that. A couple years ago, that was half my collection. I just wanted more focus on higher quality, lower production examples.
This is a collection of 1000 diverse and high quality cars. There are collections within the collection such as cop cars, movie cars, oddballs, supercars, concept cars, etc.
My cars consist of some of the best brands featuring over 200 Autoarts, CMC, Schuco, Hotwheels Elite, Otto, GT Spirit and many more.
I do have boxings for everything. You can see box storage shown in older full collection vidoes.

There was one guy from Brazil that had every single AutoArt signature manufactured in his collection a while back. But like so many in this game just disappeared away from social media. Thiago was his channel name. 👍🏼

What a fantastic collection. If i had a collection like this i'd want to have some sort of mechanical apparatus (like a train or conveyor setup) so i could sit & then bring the cars out one by one on the train/conveyer belt to check them all out - but Thanks for sharing your collection its great

Awesome collection, i like leaving mine on the base platforms that come with the models and spread out a few inches apart so i can see the side and back and inside the interiors of the cars even if that means having less room for more cars.
Check my '23 collection video posted last month. Cars are spread further apart.
Cool car collection! My collection, it consists of.... Anything, any scale, brand. Loose and carded. I have micros to the large vintage Tonkas. At last count, I have over 4000.
I arrange my collection like, I keep my Camaros together, Mustangs, Volkswagens, military, classic and muscle cars, police and fire dept, and more.

Wow unbelievable, man. As italian I'm really surprised to see even some not worldvide famous cars as Uno turbo, Thema 8.32 or Fiat Coupè 20v (my personal car). It's a mess cleaning my 60 1/18 models, I can't imagine how it can be to clean 1000 of them!!!

For now its a camera & memory card issue. It sucks to break it up in two clips. I'm buying a 4k cam and huge card that will fix the issue.

It's been remedied. Later videos show I made different rooms for different countries. That spread the cars out.

Nice and vast collection. You should check out Robs Model Cars. His collection is also 1/18 scale and he has one of the best collections ever, as well. You could get some inspiration on layout and presentation from him. He also has some of the rarest and most exotic models ever.

On my list, a couple to choose from.
The gt spirit 1/18 aston vantage volante looks so much bigger than the Coupe version right next to it. I was wondering if the scale is correct here. Check out at 3:47
The older coupe is CMR vs the mid 80's GT Spirit. It would be hard to know who got the scale right out of the two of them or the later cars bodywork and wheels just inflate the stance and appearance.
amazing , you have so many cars you had to display front to back vs most folks displaying side view.
I have newer vids showing I broke out the collection into different rooms by country. This allowed me to space the cars out more. I don't think I will have the room for full side view lol.

Nice collection, only suggestion is to display them at a angle whihc they are just sqeezed side by side.

That is by LS Collectibles, mostly sold out so eBay is your best chance.
Do you keep your original packaging or ...? because storage also requires a lot of space. I've stored them all in the attic. I stick to one brand, namely Mercedes. I also wanted to start with American cars, but I have hardly any room left to display everything nicely in shop windows. You have a nice collection !!!
Yes, I have all the boxes in closets. Older videos, i think the 850pc ones show the box storage.

This display is temporary. I am building a whole other building to house the cars where they have custom sealed cabinets.
Do these 1:18 scale die cast cars hold up good? Looking to buy my 2 year old some good older die cast. I want them to last a long time while taking some damage when he throws a fit lol. Nice collection btw. Love it!
None will last the play of a two year old. Around age 5-6 my nephews became less destructive with them. 8 you are for sure safe, but give a test one from Costco at age 5 and see what happens. If it gets destroyed, it was a $15 gamble. Age two, look for a My First Tonka.
@@JamesonsDiecastCars I appreciate your feed back. I use to have the dukes of hazard die cast and a 70 barracuda die cast that got lost in a divorce. Those cars seem to be pretty dang strong. But I also never had anyone play with them really

Amazing collection, but why go through the length to get rid of the maisto's and such to only have the more limited cars all out in the open to collect dust and bunched together. Looks like funding is not an issue here, so I strongly recommend the Ikea billy bookcases with glass doors to showcase this magnificent collection.

May I ask where you got these? Like I seen the first 2 Cadillacs. The tesla’s. I think I seen an equinox. The newer corvettes I think It was and those look pretty nice
1000 cars, they come from lots of places lol...nothing really special. Typical places like FB Marketplace, eBay, Craigslist, stores that are out of business and a few US and Overseas retailers.
