- In this video, I review the all new Revita Extra-Strength Hair Density Shampoo. Hello, how long did you wait to go back to turkey for the second hair transplant?
I have just had mine last week and feel like the hairline could go slightly lower and am considering going back for this.
Hi Amit, is Alpecin a good shampoo to use?
It sounds like a great product; however, what nobody talks about is whether this is a complement or a supplement. Its great it has nanoxidil and dht blocker but so?. Does that mean if you are on a minoxidil treatment, it substitutes it? If you are on finasteride, does the shampoo compensantes or substitutes it? If youre on a routing does this shampoo complements to the nanonxdil/minoxidil and finasteride treatment or subsitues to just use one product instead of all the other mentioned.
Sir i got a hair transplant done 6 months back results are good enough but i do shed some hairs everyday even from the transplanted area i shed almost 15 - 20 hairs from transplanted area everyday is that normal.

Can you do a video where you outline (in hindsight) what products you would use from day 1 post transplant, what products you would skip and your current daily routine?
Would you use DS from day 30? Also, did you use the shampoo the clinic gave you. Did they give you the serum and the GF as well and when did you use both?
Great idea! I can go through that in a video. But yes I initially did use what my clinic gave me, both the shampoo and serum. Both proved to be helpful but when they ran out I switched over to different products that I thought were even better (and slightly less expensive)

Hi Amit, is it normal to still get some shedding at 3 and half months after the transplant? Im using a specialist shampoo but was advised not to shampoo more than 3 times per week?
Yes it's completely normal. Shedding even after 3 months Is common. You'll start seeing your new hairs stabilise by the 5th or 6th month. And using your shampoo 3 times a week is completely fine as well!
Which clinic did you go to? I just got mine from Smile in turkey. Surgeon didn’t preform it was the technician. It’s been 3 months. I just found your videos and Bought the vitamins you suggested and will be ordering this shampoo as well. I have to go back again for another one. Where did you? Your results are amazing. I’m just about to go doc to get finseride and I have rogaine .

Hello Amit, I'am planning to go turkey to do my hair transplant. There is one thing I'am worried about: being on the plane just 2 days after hair transplant for a long trip from turkey to Canada, doesn't it affect you transplant? Also having to carry a heavy suitcase with you during the trip? Does it affect?
it actually does not affect u that much! as long as you're not touchign your head on anything during the flight, then you are good. I would recommend using this travel pillow as it doesnt let your head fall back and touch the seat you're sitting it. It helped me immensley on my flight back, and i took a 12 hour back to singapore at the time!

4th day after my hair transplant procedure in turkey…. Scalp feels painful, numb, and itchy :(
Hey amit do you shed hairs from transplanted areas during wash and styling. how many hairs you actually shed on regular basis. I heared from my doc that its normal to loose 50 - 100 hairs a day for a normal person but pepole belongs to our category which means already loose hairs and got transplanted we don't have much hairs on our scalp like people without aga so we don't shed more hairs like 50 - 100. That's why iam asking how many hairs you notice that they shedding while washing combing styling
i do shed and it is about 50-100 days as well. Honestly i havent paid too much attention to that becayse of the fact tat the hairs grow back fairly quickly now. I dont think you have anything to worry about as long as you're using the right aftercare in the long run like this shampoo or minoxidil. Shedding is common when you start using new products like this but over time the results speak for themselves! just gotta be patient with it
Did you get prp treatment after hair transplant? And is it necessary?
It’s not necessary but it’s always good to have it it gives strength and helps for existing hairs how much you have it, it depends on your condition a doc will better judge it

For hair loss in and hair thinning in crown not much loss or thinning but would you use original revita or extra strength. Do you need a conditioner, too ?
its advised to use the conditioner as it works well hand in hand together! I use it twice a week with my shampoo and my hair feels nice and soft and feels great! As for the shampoo, you could start out witht he original, but the extra strength would definaetly give you more as it has high level of dosage of ingredients in it

Yes I am! I still use it after using this one. It still is producing the results for me!
Are most of your results due to your hair transplant though. Of course, it’s a good shampoo. I use it also but without the hair transplant, I doubt you would have those results.
@@NBASE100 Exactly. Shampoo is just a marketing ploy. I doubt very much it does anything at all
Could it just be added density from the results off your second transplant coming in?
I think its a combination of both. The shampoo definately helped to accelerate the process, along with the other after care I take. It all works hand in hand together!
@@amitposthair are you on minoxidil and using a low level laser therapy cap? I think you’re on finasteride as well?
@@Mohammedmalsaid yes! I use minoxidil twice daily (morning and night) and I take finasteride every morning. I do not use a low level laser therapy cap though
Of course it's from the transplant coming in and minox and finast and NOT the shampoo
Can you use this if you're already taking minoxidil?
Yes you can! I use minoxidil every day and together with the shampoo it works hand in hand together. Over time you should see some promising results
@amitposthair OK great I'll give this a try and many thanks for the quick reply. I'm 4 weeks into my second procedure, so really want to push on in every way possible. May I ask when you started using Revita ?
@@beard6160 I started using it when I started to see soem hair growth after my procedure. So about the 2 month mark. But you can use it earlier if you'd like. It was just also because the shampoo I used previously ended so then I switched over. If you are getting it use the PHTT code to get 20% off too! Worth a try and if ur consistent with it you should see results after
@amitposthair Thanks, but unfortunately It looks like the new high strength version isn't available here in the UK. I'll buy the original which looks to have provided a good result tbf.
