Auto search has problems on most models but its a great tool
It seems to have more dings and bells than the Gap tool but I guess I’ll stick to the latter one 😀👍 Great video again, Ben 👍👍👍😀
Not sure it can do the same as the GAP tool, but it does a lot and on all makes which might sway it for some people.
Just ordered this for $333 with a 2-year free update.
They informed me after getting it that updates are free for two years.
No data stream for hilux newer vehicles as it goes to n/a

Hi Ben I have the IID tool and contacted GAP about 3 weeks ago and had no reply the guy usually responds quick seems strange .
They've always responded to me fairly quick, perhaps they are having some kind of an issue over there. Have you tried again, sometimes emails go into spam folders and go unnoticed.

Can read status of the transmission solenoids and do starter test?
I don’t know, I haven’t been into the transmission side of things. I’ll try it later in demo mode, what car do you want it for?

@@christopherroman9762 not sure on the starter test, but going through the demo mode, it has Nissan and there are solenoid actuator tests, adaptive gear learning, converter pressure control, line pressure control. I still wouldn’t know if you can do it on your car, as it won’t let me proceed on your model, unless it’s plugged in.

No, uses wifi to update, works as a stand alone device if you can't get wifi.

They're all made in China (most likely) probably using the same software to a point.
Can it code all modules?
Can it code Renault injectors do you know?
It does have injector coding, but I don’t know if you particular car is supported, you would have to ask Launch.

@@dantheman7370 at least buying through Amazon, you normally get a 30 day return if it doesn’t work out. I would think that it should do it, just can’t be certain without plugging in to your car to see what functions are available.
Can you unlock hidden car features and does it do key programming? No one will give me straight reply thanks
Key programming, yes! For certain makes and models at least. But I can't find anywhere on it to unlock hidden features.

@@daveklyen6788 The DPF Regen option is there, but as my car doesn't have a DPF I can't test it.
I think it fried my jeep.
