its been a while since i watched this channel. this guy had an insane glow up. he's handsome af now. i feel old. 😄
i started looking at materials and i had a couple ideas i might try out. they make paracord in different sizes so i could probably fit the ball chain inside a smaller piece of paracord and fit that piece inside a larger diameter paracord. i was looking at materials and i noticed a ball chain accessory that is called a “bead chain stop” which is basically a larger diameter ball you can clamp onto the ball chain, maybe i could use that to help distribute the weight. also they make ball chain connectors and i could probably connect two different sizes of chain together. i also noticed that the main materials for these are aluminum or brass or stainless steel but i did find a website that has titanium ball chains that have a 100lb capacity and they sell it by the inch so 26” would cost $80 but i’m kind of considering it. i still haven’t watched the other tutorial video but before i watched this one i was watching videos about tapered twisted falls and so i’m kind of in a rabbit hole right now and i might combine a few ideas.
