Getting water from an open gutter is a disgrace to lagos state government. How can people still get water from open dirty drain. By now, people shouldn't have a pipe in open drains, and all drainage should be closed. Some people are roasting corn on an open dirty drain, and nothing is done about it. Cholera and other diseases will emerge from this alone. Public toilets should be built in markets and anywhere necessary. Open dirty drain should be discouraged.

@1:20: 14 BKO, you obviously don’t understand the law or keep up with it as a SAN. Chieftaincy issues and becoming a King/Chief is NOT a right recognisable under any law in Nigeria, especially Chapter 4 of the Constitution. So, it’s legally impossible to bring a Fundamental Human Right petition based on inexistent right. The Supreme Court has said becoming a King/Chief is a privilege, and NOT a (fundamental human) right.

BKO, section 36 of the constitution is in relation to criminal cases. Chieftaincy cases are civil matters. This guy spews a lot of rubbish. You think you can just read the law like that and just understand it. Sometimes it’s not as clear as this oversimplification - that’s why people go to school to study law as a major bro!
