jakob had very short arc for his character i would love to see jakob meet hobbs
We need him. He is a strong character with certain skills that the family needs and is known for.
Knowing Fast & Furious has a history of reviving characters & showing how they survived their predicament that should've killed them. Fans would already believe that the Fast Family never dies. I do believe Jakob survives. I just hope what they show makes sense how he survived unlike how Han survived. I personally do wanna see more of Jakob. I'd love to see him team up with the Dom's crew, have a fight scene with Hobbs & maybe even have a spinoff with him. Jakob's time in Fast & Furious was short lived & I believe he should stay til the end of the final chapter especially since he just developed a bond with Little B & still has a healthy relationship with Mia. #justiceforjakob

I’ve heard that Cena wants a Jakob vs Hobbs or some sort of screen time with The Rock in the Fast movies so I don’t think he’s dead, judging by the cars frame I think it was reinforced in some areas (not all) so I think he manages to crawl through a window or hole and escape, maybe even Little Nobody is there and helps him escape from the wreckage or Mr Nobody (not sure on Kurt Russell’s contract with the saga)
At the end of eight, Dom is surrounded by fire but has family goes after and protects him and he isn't hurt. The two strongest members of the family were near him when this happened. Dom and his car, so the flames and the heat didn't get near him. The car on the other hand wasn't connected so it didn't survive. Yes, the cars connected to them have the power of family and are protected by it and they have similar powers and regeneration. These movies are supposed to be ridiculous right, then why not push it a little further?
Long story short fast & furious is BS. And nobody ever really dead
I don't think that Jakob or anyone is dead, even though it seems that way in Faat X. INCLUDING Mr Nobody. After all this is why Fast X ended the way it did. I have a feeling that everyone will come back in Part II to take down Aimes. I also have a feeling that Gisele is working for Cipher and teams up with everyone in Part II as well to take down Aimes. Reason I say is that, the way Cipher smiles in that last scene before Gisele appears from the sub, is a give away.
He might have had a secret lever to put a cage of something around him to take the force of the explosion and use that as an ejection to make it seem like he died in the crash but he was blow away so he could come back. Also he has a cross similar to what Dom and Letty use as their ring so he probably did something to it like Dom did in fast 8.
I want Jacob to be alive. He can't die. Please bring him back from the dead he is my favorite

This is also a special piece of plot armor and Han was wearing one when he "died". Two and separate. It has been confirmed that Brian O' Conner will come back to the Franchise and portrayed by Cody Walker. Craig Lieberman has confirmed this. my prediction is that maybe Jakob Toretto is still alive, maybe Mr. Nobody has something to do with this because in F9, Han explained how he survived in Tokyo, Jakob was hiding and then he also listened to the conversation about how Han survived, maybe that's why he also did something those things, maybe his Cannon Car is Fireproof or maybe it has a Shield so that he doesn't get burned, so he even made those things in case of an emergency, he can still survive. I want to let you guys know that on the seven the other guy is still alive you know his name Faster, furious nine she still alive the other movie fast furious six She came back on the 10. Nobody believes that Jakob (John Cena) is going to be deceased after his sacrifice for the final mission to save his family from Dante (Jason Momoa) and his goons who have kidnapped Brian (Leo Abelo Perry) in the beginning of the final mission to get the attention of Dom (Vin Diesel) and his family in the tenth series finale in the franchise and then they will have a chance to make a trilogy of films (including the tenth, eleventh and twelfth films of this series) that will have the following characters (including Dom (Vin Diesel), Letty (Michelle Rodriguez), Cipher (Charlize Theron), Gisele (Gal Gadot), Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), Shaw (Jason Statham), Dante (Jason Momoa), Aimes (Alan Ritchson) all of them are all stars and they are all in the three-part finale of the series!
I want to say to this video that why Kurt Russel’s character, Mr. nobody wasn’t in the fast 9 and fast x cause the most likely explanation as far as the film goes and tells is because Jakob left mr nobody on a plane in the fast 9 film once the plane crashed mr nobody knew that he had to go into hiding and trusted in Dom to save the day but it’s unknown if he survived the plane crash so we still don’t know if he is actually dead cause when we thought Han and letty and Gisele died there were funerals and those funerals were fake so that’s what we are trying to figure out about mr nobody cause there was no funeral for mr nobody but there was for those characters but they were all fake so that’s what we are trying to figure out is mr nobody alive or dead we will hopefully find that out when fast 11 comes out

when car cause explosions it seems like Jakob's car didnt start it but the crash of it lead to chain reaction of explosions cause car aleready flipped upsidedown before "detonating" sure it's hard to explain how he may have survived

Fast and furious character have a tendance of jumping out of the car when it is about to crash or to be bombed so if possible make him to be seen as if he jumped out of the car the way vin diesel used to do so I can be more appreciative if he appeared in Fast 11 please I like Jacob

Never saw fast 10, 9, 8 or, 7. The end of Fast Five, and half hour to hour and a half mark into Fast 6 I could tell that every other movie in the franchise would be all horrible CGI random Storyline add ons, and just extra stuff that doesn't make sense or lead up to something that could actually help the movies. We all don’t know at all if Jacob Toretto faked his death because for one fact we all did not see Jacob escape through his vehicle at all and the actor Kurt Russell known as mr nobody was not in the film to use his magic to hide Jacob besides cipher was in a black site prison in Antarctica with letty so none of cipher and mr nobody couldn’t do nothing about it but people are thinking what we all think maybe Jacob just used all that nos and canyons to destroy the rest of Dante’s crew and then escaped who knows but all I know is that what happened to Han Letty Giselle was fake we all can thank mr nobody for that also we all have goosebumps for the next fast and furious 11 but for right now he’s gone

I think it might be true that Jakob is dead. But also, The Fast and Furious Franchise introduced Hobbs and Shaw. My theory is that AI from Hobbs and Shaw had saved him, but reprogrammed him to replace Brixton aka The Ghost Terminator. Think about it, if you want at least make sense of the entire franchise why not use the loose ends to create something far greater than family. These movies are based on relationships and cars, the fast series is truly about evolution. So why not do something so drastic to meet expectations of the films. Like a team up with Dante and Jakob, changing the name of the game completely. They may want to be Mission: Impossible like movies, but nothing, not even the Fast Saga can beat them.
