    I made one out of a 98 summit 670. Narrowed. Locked the rear suspension and it works beautifully 😊

    Running a ‘96 Formula Z 583. Goes great but seems to overheat. Do you do anything to cool the sleds? Reg coolant? I have Evan’s waterless coolant but haven’t put it in yet.

      i would make sure your water pump / thermostat is working good, we only cool the sleds down on shore with ice and blowers.

      @@SnowmaxPerformance will do. Do you think I could run without the thermostat or is restriction necessary to keep coolant from heating up too much? Going to add a temp gauge. Sled was smoking like crazy after about two minutes of running and 3 short runs about 100 yds. Thought it was smoked but compression is fine and seems to run ok. Hitting the water again soon down here in FL😁

      @@jayv17 that’s overheating to fast, I would run the thermostat. Something fishy is going on.

    I’m waterproofing my pro x right now! Any ideas on where I can get an already shortened front end for it? 03 pro x 700

    You said for the good rake you sucked the skid all the way up in there. What do you mean by that?

  • @rjbielejeski3908
    @rjbielejeski3908 Před rokem

    Did you just cut every down a few inches in the front end to suck it in?

      No this one I just changed the shocks, the track I hand cut the lugs

      I didn’t cut them

      You just slammed the shocks that’s it for the front end? And then stiffer front shock spring ? With loose limiter straps ?

    • @SnowmaxPerformance
      @SnowmaxPerformance  Před 11 měsíci +1

      @@joelcroteau-vq5lb yup had no idea what I was doing, when I first built it but it worked haha. 89 jag shocks in the front, made my own limiter strap, and 280 lb front spring in the skid shock
