I love all of the windows in the house that allow for natural light. The split vanities in the bathroom are a nice touch. We were looking at new construction a few years back, before we decided we were going to move after retirement. Out of all the builders and model homes we toured, only one had a split vanity. My spouse and I arrange our supplies differently, so it would be great to have our own separate space. lol Great video!

      Thank you 🙏🏼
I can totally relate. I love having split vanities. And tall windows are definitely a plus.
Get in touch with me when you’re ready to retire and come to San Antonio. I’d love to help you with a smooth transition. 🙌🏼

      That’s a great question. 🙏🏼
This area of town isn’t far from most places. There’s a Microsoft plant just minutes down the road. And access to the west side of San Antonio is just minutes away.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone working further than downtown, but if you work with the right agent…I can get you this in another area of town.

Do this homes have an HOA?

It does. Most new homes in communities are going to have an HOA. I understand some people don’t like HOAs but communities without an HOA and less common here in San Antonio.
