For those interested, this process is the called Translam construction method. Manly used for small speakers. The snaking chamber behind the speaker driver is used to amplify the bass. The drivers are Audio Nirvana "Super 8".

They have a decent process, with plenty of room for improvement. Note: 13:55 -- he seems to be leaning over, manually screwing the speakers in place, while the cabinet is sitting on a chair or push cart, at knee level. That's fine, if you make 4 speakers per day... but it'll never work, for high production. I'm sure they simply have no need of Kaizen, at whatever scale they operate on.
It's hard to comment on, without context. I could question a dozen production choices, but for all I know, these could be the best speakers in the world. I can't complain, without hearing them, in person.

I didn’t see much in the way if dust extraction yet it must gave been present as the workshop was pretty dust free! Not s fan of full range whizzer cone drivers which always sound coloured to me but liked the transmission line construction of the cabinets. They make in a day what it takes me several weeks doing by hand full time working using hand build techniques for custom speaker designs.
Surprised not to see flush mounting of speaker driver and no gasket used? No linearising filter ? Must be a pretty well behaved driver!

Very inspiring to see this production process. What made me wonder is at the end, when mounting the driver with the flat iron on the housing, with these carved vertical lines on the baffle and the driver just mounted on top of it, this speaker will not be air tight, there will be leaking air through these carved lines. That's quite a curiosity.
Another curiosity are these paper-pillows inserted for damping, reminding me some people claiming that bubble-wrap inside on the speaker-walls would provide a formidable damping.
    The heavy machinery looks expensive.

@@russelldawkins9094 BLH/TL, back loaded horn/transmission line hybrids, can produce extremely good results in relatively small cabinets. Here's a quote from Martin J King: "If done correctly, a hybrid transmission line / back loaded horn enclosure will not require any baffle step correction circuit which is the real big advantage. Imagine 94 to 98 dB SPL, at a 1 m distance for 1 watt of input, over the frequency range 50 Hz to 15-20 kHz
produced by a single driver enclosure that is slightly bigger then a commercial tower speaker system. No crossover, no correction circuit, just a speaker cable running directly from the amplifier to the driver. Based on the work presented in this Section, I am convinced that this is possible and even predictable from the MathCad worksheets." Best to listen before passing judgment...

I can't imagine how much one of those speakers weighs, never mind how much it costs. Also, I really wish they'd shown how they get all the sawdust out of that enclosed, folded horn.

Speaker terminal post should be tightened to the case with one nut and the cable should be captured between that first nut and a second nut 6:02 or it may come loose with changes in humidity and materials expansion and contracting

I'm also surprised they didn't pass the wire straight in a through-hole instead of snaking through the transmission line.

There is so much mistakes in this whole video that I'm not going to even try to explain them all. And yes I'm carpenter and cnc machinist and made lots of furnitures, speakers, drums, other instruments etc, and this video hurts my soul so much. I'm amazed that Japanese peoples can make so much wrong in one video, usually they do pretty good work.
