Hands down the best CZcams channel for Hot Rod building and Fabrication.....!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks so much!
Cracked me up with the “Japanese” comment about your math prowess. Always great videos.
Hahahaha as did I .. love the videos
Me too...had to laugh...good stuff. Awesome video as always Carl. I’ve learned a ton since subscribing to your channel! 🤙
Hahah it’s my excuse when I don’t need the calculator 😂
I came to the comments to say the samething.
What make plasma table is that and do you recommend it?
Keep the great videos coming!😎
Great video! The button head screw was an awesome idea! Thank you
Just watched Metal Reborn. Fine job sir. Very much enjoyed it. Very glad I found your channel Karl. I learn something every time.
I watched these videos out of order lol I like the screw for the spacer great idea.
Love these homemade tool videos! Looking forward to spending time in my shop this winter, working on my projects and using all these tips :)
Somewhere a machinist is crying after watching you scribe with the caliper. Good information, I think I may do that this weekend. Very glad I put off buying a circle jig now.
Yeah mon, another great video, thanks for the lesson! The documentary was off the hook, cool to watch it again, peace
Great idea , actually I made one a year ago. I used a Cleco as my pivot point but I didn’t have a handle, great idea . Looking forward to Saturday night.
I like the idea of using a cleco, I never thought of that.
7/16", 7/8", Whatever it takes.... This was a particularly good video. Timely too, because I need to make what are called ttma flanges, used mostly on tank trucks. This neat little idea will make that quite a bit easier. Thanks, Karl!
Your videos make me want to run to my garage and make something
Superb video, as expected. Kan’t beat Karl!
Quick tip, drill a golf ball slightly smaller than the diameter of the end of your center punch. Press it on and you're gonna want to use your center punch for hours. They work great on old files with missing handles too.
So stoked I found this channel man. You explain everything so well.
awesome cut quality on those circles
Great tool and simple to make. Two thumbs up.
Very nice!! I've made circle cutters for a torch, but never a plasma cutter!! Awesome!!!
Definitely using the KISS principle……keep it simple stupid Well done Karl 👍👍
Awesome, you make that look easy, thanks man 🤙
Excellent idea.
All the little home made tools always make that little bit of a difference 😊🛠️❤️
Absolutely!
That’s a wicked method. Cannot free hand those circles for sure. 😎👍🇨🇦
Great work yet again, that finish the plasma gave was really smooth.. gives me a plan to invent an adjustable version possibly integrating a vernier slide ruler 🤔
@Marty, do it! You'll be rewarded for your efforts! 👍
Ohhh my sounds impressive!
I always appreciate your tip and technique videos because I always get an extra take away from them. I have seen so many different circle cutting jigs but this one is about the simplest and the quickest to make. Great video thank you for sharing your skills. You deserve so many more likes than you are getting.
Thanks so much Adam! I’m so happy that people like yourself are finding value in the videos!
Nicely done. You are a teacher.
Nice lessons, learning so much.
Thanks!
Another great and simple video! Can’t wait to see the film too!
Another creative idea thanks for the great videos!
awesome brother! Just made one. Saved me 40 bucks and got you a thumbs up
12:48 I’m looking at that center ‘waste’ with a hole in it. Often, that is probably useful. Desirable even.
But this gave me an awesome idea for a variation. I’m probably never going to want to (or need!) a cnc table - especially for the floorspace factor- but somewhat regularly I need to cut shapes, curves and circles. A modification of this basic idea combined with some woodworking tricks (my other income-producing fab skill) I do with a router and bandsaw will give this super powers.
Wow. So simple. And turned out perfect
Just stumbled on to your channel, the 70 shop teachers does a great job with the camera…
Really really enjoy the content watching all the time 💯🔥
WOW !!!! GREAT SCHOOL, LEARN EVERY DAY SOMETHING, NEW...( THAT DON'T SEE BEFORE) THANKS RALPH { P.R. AMERICAN TERRITORY}

Karl the circle cutting tool is a nice tool and seem pretty easy to make and use. Great idea Karl, keep up the great work you do. Thank you for sharing.☺️☺️☺️👍👍
It's ALWAYS helpful to have payed much attention in those annoying math classes. Fractions to decimal conversions get glued into your head and won't go away. Thanks for the great videos!
.....camera slowly pans to teleprompter. 😁
Haha your welcome man !
Thank you guys!!
Time travel, lunch time on Friday here in Xi’an. Great tips again. Made my own for an oxy-acetylene torch in the past.
