I arrived at Srinagar Airport from Delhi to attend a traditional Kashmiri Wedding in Srinagar, during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a small function because of which I got to experience the Wedding very closely.
Just as I arrived I reached the tent where the Wazwan Preparation was going on in full swing, later during the day I got to pack the gifts for the guests of Mainz Raat, some exotic dry fruits packed in golden boxes.
Later, lunch was served, this was just the teaser of the KASHMIRI WAZWAN, which comprised of just four dishes. Paneer Chaman or Tamatar Paneer, Haakh, Rogan Josh, and Kalegi.
It was one of the best food and the best experiences of my life.

Brought back my memories of Kashmir visit. Kashmiris are the most genuine, helpful and hospitable people I have ever met. They are very compassionate. And their dishes are simply out of the world....aromatic and nutritious both at the same time.
