Just as a small suggestion pertaining to stolen cars, if you get pulled over and they say it's because its stolen.. don't be an asshole about it. Give the cop the info aka bill of sale or something like that, let them run your shit and 99% they'll let you go about your day. If you act like a dick then they wont believe you and assume you stole it. Im a former police officer, I've dealt with this in the past trust me. It makes the day go way easier for everyone involved

Thats why cops should not use tasers, especially when they are by themselves. Tasers only work like 20% of the time. For a taser to work, it needs direct contact on the skin. If the person has a heavy jacket or hoodie, a taser won't penatrate.
