These white mushrooms on the beginning 0:30 are good to eat as well. But only when they are young and white. Most of people do not know it.

Yes, they are. Those were beautiful specimens, here in Italy we would have picked them immediately (the cap is unmistakeable for anything else, so they're one of the safest fungi to pick). They're pretty rare, at least in my region.
Also, when they get old (and inedible) they start to decompose by liquefying into a sort of disgusting black liquid, which may be what turned people off
