But i gave it no importance at all and rebooted the game and went back to try and P rank the Noise fight

There's an animatronic "pizza PTG" in the pit with Don't Make A Sound's first secret. It's very subtle, but he's doing the same pose with the beer bottle and has a similar expression on his face.
imagine he becomes the dlc boss that just like pizza face, will release all the bosses at you(including pizza face) but unlike pizza face you dont get the frenzy attack meaning you have to fight all the bosses one by one
