For you neck/back/shoulder pain which you mentioned i want to recommend something, because i faced the same issue a year back. Get a check of cervical spondylitis. Or else you can inculcate these habits
*Try using very thin or no pillow
*Do some neck streching exercises
*Avoid lifting or pushing very heavy weights for sometime

It's difficult but definitely not impossible. You can apply through GKS. But do remember India doesn't accept south korean medical degree. So you won't be able to work in india
