    Learned about SMASH beers, was looking for this but didn't even know it was a thing! Watching your yeast video now. I love the concept of buying a 55 lb bag of malt a pound of hops and reuse malt to make good cheap beer.

    Good to see you, Dennis. Hope everything is going ok. This is a great topic. Perhaps a brew software discussion/comparison and different ways to source ingredients (if one's LHBS is not available) could be fitted in in the future.... Cheers!

      Yes I am actually in the process of planning a LIVE brew day, maybe as soon as this Saturday, where I will show the process of putting in the recipe in Brewer's Friend website, adjust my water, and then actually brewing the beer that day! It will be a long and fun educational brew day! Stay tuned!
