- They told me that Korean Airlines are the best in the business. Today I try our flying first class from Seoul Korea to New York City. The experience was quite wild and this is what happened.

Flew First Class, several times on KE, the service is what's over the top. There's not a lot of passengers in First Class and it's almost a bit embarrassing to even move. Each time you stand up, three attendants also stand up to ensure you're comfort is maintained. Very pleasant.
Was is $20,000?? I couldn’t imagine paying that much for a plane ticket
@@knndyskful : no...airline upgrades due mileage status
that sounds very unpleasant to be honest.
Had a chance for both KE and Asiana. The experience was crazy and I actually did not want to end the 15 hour flight lol. Usually cannot wait to get off in economy.
totally. id tell them to f off@@user-nj9ru4ef2w
I like how guga just calmly review the food while the plane is violently shaking from the turbulences
well, as they say, "I know it doesn't look good right now, but watch this!"
he needs that youtube money.
@@georgecostan3248 I don't know what that mean but that is hilarious🤣😂🤣😂
that's his leg bouncing; like a nervous twitch or dog wagging its tail.
He's the Superman of food, this doesn't bother him. Only bottled spice is his kryptonite.
3:00 that’s a Mulberry Guga, they are everywhere from Asia to the U.S they have lots of variations across the world as they are spread by Birds.
Far sweeter and softer than blackberries but they are also far more delicate and have an even shorter shelf life which is saying a lot because blackberries don’t last long either.
Mulberry trees grow and fruit fast and if you have one they make great jams, juice, or pastry fillings, the most underrated berry imo
Came here to say same thing! I had a white mulberry tree in my garden when I was young. Would climb it and sit eating right off the tree. So sweet and soft.
@traceypotter7669 yeah, having one growing up is definitely great. As a kid I called it the "Candy tree" and would always be outside because of it.
It does tend to attract a lot of animals tho, got plenty of mosquito bites hanging around it because the berries attracted squirrels, rabbits which once attracted a coyote (Northern Indiana)
I swear 1 mulberry tree creates an entire ecosystem
@colemcgrath644 I remember the insects, but I was in South Africa! So while no coyotes, we did have a lot of birds who loved that tree too.
Mulberry trees are everywhere in Australia. Fond memories of climbing them in our street to pick and eat the fruit. They would stain your hands, and if you weren't careful, your clothes, which would land you in big trouble with mum! Silk worms love mulberry trees - we would keep them as pets and feed them mulberry leaves.
@void.reality omg yes, the silk worms! We had them in SA too, it was like a trading commodity in primary school! Thankfully with my tree being a white mulberry variety, I didn't have to worry about the stains. Didn't stop me finding other ways to get in trouble though 😂
$20,000 plane ticket where did you go to space
I mean not unheard of when flying first class 🤣
Guh damn
Not American $20,000
@@chade7669 okay thanks cuz $2,763.54 is not that bad of a price for a plane ticket
I guess he meant to say one for him and one for his wife because they were travelling together so 10k each
I remember when Guga used to serve his steaks with plastic utensils and paper plates. Now he eats like the king he is. 👑
wish i had money for steak idc about plate))
Man I’m so happy for guga watching his channel grow has truly been amazing !
Seoul, South Korea is one of the greatest places to visit on earth. I highly recommend anyone make a trip there if you can afford it. Maybe do a week in Tokyo and a week in Seoul because flights between Japan and Korea are not very expensive.
south korea to japan is like los angeles to san francisco distance?
@@1990Thunderbolt2.5hr flight
Love seeing Guga get home safe from a amazing trip!. guga is living his best life and i'm all for it!.
Love seeing Guga get home safe from a amazing trip!
Awesome video! Love seeing a different side. I'm an aircraft maintenance engineer and it's a pleasure to see my fav food guy combined with my industry 🤗
Thank you for this video... looking forward to videos of the rest of your South Korean adventures
What you called a blackberry looked more like a mulberry. The description of the texture and flavor matches it as well.
I really appreciate how much Gugu has learned how to operate chop sticks while he was in Korea. It really shows on the trip home...now he needs to show his skills cooking some really good Korean food at home.
Gugu XD love ya
this looks absolutely incredible, Guga is a lucky man for experiencing this! thank you for sharing with us
I'm not sure I would call him lucky. He's driven and hardworking and talented. He would have succeeded with whatever he did.
I like how Guga pays so much money and still feels himself so freakin' shy. Even keeping his voice super quiet when he was in the lounge
Because most americans are way to loud always..
His sponsors pay
Its called manners.
@@MoMatcha Doesn't matter. He could play a kind but he still pref to be humble that's adorable
@@jensejense yeap and nowadays people rarely have them
Keep it up with the great videos, Guga
Such a wonderful Airline. Glad you enjoyed. 🎉
That breakfast had me crying cause I am a Korean that just moved to Canada and I miss the food so much 😭😭😭😭
Heyyy Guga does so much for us. Thank you
This was very interesting and fun to watch!
wow big thumbs up from S.korea.
can't wait to see more videos of my country in your channel.
Great video Guga!
Love the videos guga keep posting great content
Oh fantastic love this channel thanks for sharing 🙏
Guga eating the dip as is lol so casual. Gotta love it..
Guga's plane food reviews are always great to watch.
As allwways made me hungry !!! Appreciate you Gugga!
Thanks for showing Korea ❤❤❤
guga is living his best life and i'm all for it!
Our man is cranking the good life. So well deserved.
Very cool. You know your way around chopstix!
Wow I can't believe that Guga was jn Korea! Thanks to review them ❤
And the noodle call 'Janchiguksu'
just came back home from Korea yesterday, watching this video makes me start missing those days in Korea, dang
Guga, you're the flavor trailblazer we crave! 🍔
More vids like this, please - you're the legit food critic we need.
No fluff, just honest taste quests!
Keep exploring and keeping it real!
You need to do a collaboration with Jolly / Korean Englishman to get the full experience.
Or one of the famous Korean chefs on cooking shows. They had Gordon Ramsay on
That breakfast looks amazing.
Great for you. You actually flew with the 747!
Which is one the biggest airliner ever but sadly getting retired...
wow that did look amazing for Airline Food!
Not sitting next to two other passengers is nice but 20k? Eh, thank you very much for sharing the experience so I don’t have to 😄
Such a great call going to Korea. I feel like the other great destinations for steak culture is Argentina or Italy. Safe travels.
Like the chopstick and knife combo skills 😂 Baller!!!
Why am i watching these shows in the morning its making me absolutly ravanious !! that food looks soooo good ! 😍
That berry looks like a mulberry. I love them, have a couple trees in my back yard. They are usually like a larger, softer, very pleasant tasting blackberry with no seeds.
We love you Guga ❤️
Love the look of the beef broth noodle soup and dumplings!
MAN! I loved my flight on Korean Airlines…I need to go back, normally I fly back every other year but this year I skipped due to health concerns. But I want to go back and after seeing this, I may splurge for an upgrade
My wife and I have flown Coach via Korean Airlines twice and we can both agree that even their Coach class is leagues above *any and all* American airlines we have ever been on.
You know, koreans usually get SUPER SHOCKED when they hear about how american airlines treat their customers.
Not surprising. Korean Airlines actually takes care of its passengers for what they charge for their tickets. @@user-oe1mk8wr7d
That plane is literally the most iconic piece of machinery to ever take to the skies, the mighty Boeing 747, aka the queen of the skies, jumbo jet. I have always wanted to fly in a 747 but never had the opportunity to. The older -400 model is now being retired with few airlines operating it, the newer -8 variant which you were on, Guga, is being operated by a few airlines including Korean Air, Lufthansa, AIr China.
You should fly emirates or singapore airlines on the a380!
Looks like mulberries and they are delicious straight from the tree. We have them here in Arkansas. Great video as always
The berry in the appetizer is a mulberry. We have a big mulberry tree on our strawberry farm. They make wonderful jam!
“If you think am not gonna spend $20,000 on a plane ticket then You’re absolutely out of your mind “.
As a korean, I am glad watching you enjoy our kimchi ❤❤
Wow those are some serious bottles nice
Can you come to do a food tour of Iowa, perhaps stop by the Iowa State Fair one year? I would really enjoy seeing if you enjoy the Hawkeye state.
the 'blackberry' is a black mulberry. you can find them across Asia :)
We have red mulberry here in Canada and the kids enjoy the beginning of summer because they have fun picking them.
hahaha that edit @ 3:21 ! Always nice guga and his team!
I wonder if one day I'll ever fly first class. When I was younger I imagined I'd have that kind of life but sadly life has been hard and not so dreamy.
Someday, king
Your life is perfect as is brother, no need for these golden toilet seats
That fruit you talked about is called mulberry. Its available mostly in countries like india, japan, korea etc
Bro that looks amazing
I’ve flown that air line and the food is actually really good. I always thought the plane itself was a bit strange and like the longest flight ever!
I've always wanted to go dinning in a first class flight! IYKYK
It's refreshing getting food reviews of non-streak stuff.
big guga bossing up spending checks and getting it back baby, cant wait until the boys make it this big too
In italy we also have that fruit showed at 3:01 and we call it Gelso
I love your videos❤❤
In the appetizer, that looked like a mulberry. No sure. Anyway, nice videos as always Guga. Much luv.
@Guga that fruit is a mulberry. Common in Australian backyards. We used to make mulberry pie out of them
That fruit on the starter looks like a moul berry we have them in Australia
In South Africa we call it a Mulberry. Eating them fresh from the tree was an amazing experience but if you're not careful it would dye your hands to a point of frustration 😂
Livin’ the life you are.
I always used to a nice restaurant each time our ship pulled into Hawaii. 6 times over my 6 years. Always ordered a big swordfish steak and it was absolutely wonderful every time. In the 80's it was fairly cheap and well worth it.
WestPac?
@GringoLoco1 Absolutely. 3 WestPacs over 5 years. Squid up brother!
Really enjoyed the Guga East Asia Arc
@Guga: The berries are mulberries! I have mulberries growing in the back of my house. They're excellent. They turn from white to red to black and aren't tart at all when they're white. They're lovely.
Thanks for showing us around Guga!
But for 20k I'd better be getting a private chef and masseuse lol!
The fruit is black mulberry, in some white source, yoghurt? Cream? Its native to central europe and evidently some parts of asia
Man CZcams business must be good! Expensive plane ride to Japan and another from Seoul Korea to NY.
That minibar in the lounge looked way better than most of the food on the plane. Get to the lounge 5 hours early and tank up on glenfidich 18 and don julio anejo. I bet it would make the food taste way better on the plane too.
That blackberry like fruits name is morus or Mulberry, it grows on trees and is very tasty. It is often used for brewing moonshines since its super sweet
He so cute n fluffy we need a soft toy version of guga
first food you tasted grows in Albania too and it is called Dud
I work with Korean Air on the logistics side (cargo warehouse) at JFK. That’s pretty dope Guga.
never flown first class but I have flown business class on Korean air and it was fantastic.
story time with guga again yipiee
From all these videos, this must have been the best vacation in history.
Love seeing Guga get home safe from a amazing trip!. Our man is cranking the good life. So well deserved..
I have been on first class and as guga said 10/10 will highly recommend (if you have 💰)
That fruit looks a lot like Amora from Brazil. It's very soft and sweet, but has some texture to it because of the little seeds.
guga try to make steak in: česnečka its czech garlic spread that is normally put on bread and its so good
Ok, now we need Guga Airline Food Review channel asap! 😁
That berry at 3:00 is called a Mulberry
I love seeing Guga post, his vids are fire
3:02 I might be mistaken, but I think they are mulberries? I normally see them in red tho as that's what my grandma grew
Awesome video as always! I’m not a fan of 1-word subtitle though 😅
6:38 en un episodio de The Simpson a Homer le preguntan en un avión: qué va usted a tomar 1 filete o 2 filetes? y responde : póngame ambos platos 🤣🤣🤣
He doesn’t even know but he just became the second most subscribe flight review!
That "blackberry" in hungary at my home is very common. I dont know the exact name in english but the pure translation is like tree strawberry
0:17 I can't help but notice you're flying the long way around the Earth
One love brother Guga. 🇺🇬🇺🇬
I got “bumped” to a very similar experience it was amazing. Still think about it to this day
In Iran, we have that black fruit that you ate that looked like a blackberry and we call it a mulberry or toot
