  • Me, soldering to piano music
    Join me on my mission to solder copper wire into a tangled mess of kinetic art that allows the beauty of gravity to guide balls to the bottom. (Electricity takes them up again).
    For those that are interested, I use a resistance solder iron. Click this link for more details.....

    Again, totally in love with it! Love the jig idea! I'm still stuck at getting my motor working with the potentiometer... Sigh...

    Great work. Can I ask where you got your toothed clamps with the weighted base?

      Hi Bruce. Sure. They are “soldering hands” and I think I got them from ebay. They often come with a magnifying glass - but I took that off as I just wanted the clamps. I don’t find them essential to hold the spacers in place for the two hand soldering.

    Hello. Thanks for inspiration with bumpy track. I make rbs too. I have one question. U dont use soldering flux?

    • @CopperGravity
      @CopperGravity  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Luko. I once did, but now I don’t. I does depend on your equipment and copper and cleanliness etc. It certainly feels strong enough and is much easier to clean afterwards.
