Sweet carnival arancini - Orange fried sweet swivels

- Today I propose the sweet carnival Arancini, delicious sweet fried orange swivels. These delicious carnival sweets are typical of the Marche region but are now prepared almost everywhere. Sweet arancini are usually fried, being precisely a kind of carnival pancake, but if you want you can also cook them in the oven with the same dough. The sweet carnival arancini are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a delicious aroma of oranges. In addition, the sugar in the filling melts during cooking, giving our swivels a delicious orange glaze. To prepare this delicious carnival cake we will need the following ingredients:
FOR THE DOUGH
- 500g 00 flour
- 2 eggs
- 120ml milk
- 20g sugar
- 50ml seed oil
- 60ml orange juice
- 7g dehydrated brewer's yeast
FOR THE STUFFING
- 250g sugar
- The zest of 2 oranges
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

@@vincenzacarlone3538 Io vivo a Trapani in Sicilia. La depressione è una brutta cosa ma tranquilla che la puoi superare. Conosco delle persone a me vicine che l'hanno superata con l'aiuto di uno specialista ma soprattutto reagendo, sforzandosi di tenersi occupati e cercando la compagnia di altre persone. 😉
