I think an interesting feature added to this series would be a randomized elimination twist. Like either player may press the button but they dont know if it will be them or the other getting swapped out. You press and maybe a redtinted spotlight or such will light up at the one that has to leave.

Why do younger people say "sorry" when they press the button? You only say sorry when you've done something wrong. Just because they weren't feeling it or weren't into them isn't something to be sorry about. Rejection sucks, but saying sorry isn't going to make it better. Again, they did nothing wrong. The episode where they had mature people on it, they were emotionally more mature and okay when someone pressed the button and okay with the reason why they rejected them.
