Coalfield at Greenback 2014 Quarterfinals

Coalfield traveled to Greenback for the 3rd round of the TSSAA playoffs a heavy underdog, having lost to the Cherokees 17-6 earlier in the season. Coalfield came out early and took the lead which they held most of the game until 1:51 to go when Greenback connected on a 42 yard FG to take a 17-16 lead. The last 1:51 of the game is one of the best in Coalfield football history as they were able to pull out the win with a Cameron Godwin from Parker McKinney touchdown pass with 14.8 seconds remaining in the game. The win propels the Jackets into their 3rd straight Semi-final berth and 4th in 5 years.
