चेक के पीछे "not for tranction" लिख कर देने बाद भी क्या बैंक चेक स्वीकार कर dishonour कर सकता है क्या। व dishonour charges भी वसूल सकता है क्या।
Basically it is a mistake of receiving bank.
You can fight with presenting bank.
