This was great. Love the energy you put into the song. What instruments do you play? Would you ever make a video of yourself playing saxophone? Do you normally bounce your knee when you play or was it cause you were really into the song
Thank you! I play lots of instruments, mostly strings but some wind/horns too. I may post a saxophone cover sometime, I'm not as good on it but I will see what I can do.
I always have a foot or knee bouncing, I can't help but feel a beat, even if I'm not the one playing 😂
I see you play Taylor and here a Breedlove. I think there are some real similarities in these names. I find the Breedloves to be a sleeper out there. Nice neck profiles, clarity and bass end more than the Taylor we own. Love your voice.
I own several guitars, and the Breedlove is one of my favorites! I picked-up the cedar top because I love the low end warm tone I get from it. The Taylor I play in a lot of the more recent videos has a lot of sentimental value since I won it from the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville for one of my songs 🙏 it has a great tone also, just different, so it depends on what song I'm doing which one I pick up lol

Wescoat and it'll come up :) I'm working on a country album to be released this summer, but I'm hoping this song gets picked up by an artist who is already established-- trying to get my name out there! :)
I like the melody but it’s hard to understand the lyrics in the first verse maybe say them a little more distinctly. The second verse is easier to understand
Thank you! Unfortunately it's going to be hard to understand the words in several of these videos because I had to do them live at the time, due to my audio interface being messed up. So this is just audio that my phone picked up from my amp 😂 I'm going to try to get this one recorded soon so it'll be better quality! 🙏
This is a great song but your wording of the lyrics are not that easy to understand what you are singing about

Totally understand that-- at the time, I was having to record a lot of videos "live", meaning my phone is just picking up the audio from my amp instead of an interface so it's not always clear :/ so I always make sure to put the lyrics in the description or comments.
