I already presented some of the evidence in the video, and I didn’t come up with the theory. It came from the sources I used. To suggest I made it up to “spice up my video” is ridiculous. There are so many more outlandish speculations on Atlantis that I could’ve gone into if I wanted to play that game. Furthermore, I never said they conquered the Americas, I was simply raising the possibility that they traveled there. If you accept that such a civilization existed, then it’s not that much of a stretch, considering the Vikings and possibly other groups made it to the continent in antiquity. I don’t see how whether or not the Greeks/ Egyptians knew about America disproves anything, but there is actually evidence they did in Plato’s dialogue. Moreover, it also suggests the Atlanteans reached it, so I can kill two birds with one stone with this passage. Have you read it? “This power came forth out of the Atlantic Ocean, for in those days the Atlantic was navigable; and there was an island situated in front of the straits which are by you called the pillars of Heracles; the island was larger than Libya and Asia put together, and was the way to other islands, and from these you might pass to the whole of the opposite continent which surrounded the true ocean; for this sea which is within the Straits of Heracles is only a harbor, having a narrow entrance, but that other is a real sea, and the surrounding land may be most truly called a boundless continent. Talk about 'doing your homework', you have really done some in-depth research here. I have never before come across another person, who has talked about the flood stories of the American continents, much less any other flood stories, that are not the one in the Bible. This is an excellent video. There is a lot of knowledge here and I find it fascinating. I really enjoy your channel and the topics you talk about and explore. Very nice work you've been doing. Good to know I may have filled a niche here. The book by Ignatius Donnelly was invaluable for this one; I relied on it heavily. It’s amazing that he put together such a thorough argument for the existence of Atlantis over a century ago that still holds up as probably THE best study of the subject today.

I've not yet read Donnelly's book, but I will have to. It sounds like he really knew what he was talking about. It IS pretty amazing that his argument has held up all of these years, as most arguments of this kind, usually hit bottom after just a couple of decades. That's really a testament to his research/work. I'm really glad to see a resurgence in the search for Atlantis, and other such mysteries. There is so much out there for us to study and learn about.
