Pulled Pork & Cheese Meat Pie

Usually paired with a coke, meat pies are a Kiwi and Aussie smoko classic.
Here's what you need to make our pulled pork and cheese pie....
Ingredients...
Left over pulled pork
2 tablespoons flour
Butter
1 large onion
1 cup red wine (cranberry or grape juice for alternative if you don’t want to use alcohol)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon mustard
700ml chicken stock
2 Eggs
Savoury pastry (best option is short pastry for the base and puff pastry for the lid)
Cheese or cheese sauce
Cooking oil spray
Equipment
Large muffin tray
Cast iron pot or deep-dish pan

That is the first pork filing that looks superb, i use that in Thailand, where they use minced pork that looks like caned dog food.
