These are going to sell like hot cakes
The sand wedge is so nice. I got it as a lob wedge because it’s 58° which is borderline lob wedge. While it isn’t really lofty enough to act like a true lob wedge without swing manipulation imo, it’s really nice to take full swings with. I find I’m more comfortable using this club than my actual sw which is also new (the sw that’s part of the Cleveland xl halo launcher hybrid iron set, coincidentally my only hole in one club)
Actually, the lob wedge is 64 degrees and the sand wedge is 58 degrees.
I ordered the 64 degree lob wedge because we've just came off of a dry period where the grind would be very different from a softer surface and makes all but impossible to open up the blade of your everyday lob wedge and throw a high pitch onto the green from just behind a sand trap. I have more wedges then I want to admit and remembering to put the right one in the bag based on course conditions can really effect you score. With the Cleveland Smart Sole wedge you shouldn't have to worry about the right grind every again. And the full face grooves should give you a bit more stopping power. Cleveland use to be the name in wedges, and with these new models for 2024, smart money is they will be again...
