Thanks for the video, It has been very useful to me ! Initially I tried to change the bulbs by disassembling only the plate with the knobs, but i make a mistake and the rear gear of the temperatur control has detached from the seat, so I had to disassemble everything like in the video.

The quickest way to get to the screws at 1:54, just remove the gear stick cover and drill through the plastic, to reinstall screws, use blu tack 5min job.
