  • Unlock the full potential of your jigsaw by choosing the right blade for every task! In this video, I dive into the world of jigsaw blades, showcasing a variety of blades designed for different woodworking tasks. You'll see blades of various lengths and tooth configurations in action, including blades with regular teeth, small teeth, downward-facing teeth for a clean, splinter-free cut on the top side of the board, and a special cutting blade with teeth on both edges for carving curves in wood.
But that's not all! I also test a blade designed for cutting ceramic materials, demonstrating how it easily tackles not-so-hard tiles and clay tiles. And for those who work with rigid foam insulation, there's a toothless blade with a sharp edge that makes cutting through foam a breeze.
... And the exploration doesn't stop there! I also put to the test a special blade for cutting cellular concrete, though in this video it's utilized for slicing through a gypsum board with ease.
Each blade unveils a world of possibilities, and knowing when to use each can drastically improve the quality and efficiency of your cuts.
If you're intrigued by the world of advanced jigsaw blades, be sure to check out my other video where I showcase a professional jigsaw blade that’s thicker than usual to ensure it stays vertical during cuts:
    • Pros Tip: Thick cuttin...
Whether you are a seasoned carpenter or a DIY enthusiast, understanding the capabilities of different jigsaw blades will elevate your woodworking projects to a new level. Each blade serves a unique purpose, and finding the right one for your project is crucial for achieving the desired outcome.
Join me in this exploration of jigsaw blades, and discover the perfect blade for every cutting task in your woodworking and home improvement projects. Your jigsaw is a versatile tool, and with the right blade, there's no limit to what you can accomplish!

You have the best informational videos I've found. Thank you. I also thoroughly enjoy your Spanish channel. It helps me relearn Spanish after many many years of non speaking.

That last blade - the gritty one. I’ve found them useful for cutting fibre cement sheets where a wood blade would dull quickly.

I had no idea there were so many different blades. Thanks for showing us. I miss your voice though. The American voice I heard wasn't so nice to listen to.

Thank you very much. I understand that most people prefer me to use my own voice, but with this new voice it is easier for me to re-edit my videos from Spanish to English

There is no need to have someone else speaking the text to your videos. You have an accent, yes, but you were always easy to understand.
I would have liked to see the blade for soft materials uses on several layers of cardboard. I am looking for very clean cuts on several glued up cardboard sheets.

Yes, I could use that blade to cut other soft materials. I am using another voice in my videos because recording my own voice requires a lot of effort and a lot of work. With the new voice I need much less time to re-edit my videos from Spanish to English

Interesting video & I never knew that there were so many types of jigsaw blades. BTW, I would prefer listening to you speak rather than a machine voice.

Can you explain the type of blades regarding thickness, I have a bosch similar with yours with lots of blades, but none of them will stay in my cordless einhell, even if both have that T hold design, I can even atach it to the einhell, just that it will drop at first cut, I really want to understand if the notation on the blades tell the thickness like einhell has kwb blade 6235

What type of blade will you recommend for a 40mm thickness of hardwood ( beech ). Thank you in advance

Great video on jig saw blades. Do you have specs of the jig saw blad you cut the roof tile with? What AI text to speech software did you use for this video? It's quite good (although I prefer your own voice.)

@@WoodworkingwithDIYtools I am interested in your reasons, but in the end it's your creative choice to make. I'll keep watching your videos anyway. They're consistently amazing, straight forward, and practical. Thanks for all your work!
