    Hi , hope you are good. Wanted to know your views on Pressure reducing valves. When I checked, seems that they all have internal leakage through their pilot line. I mean , for a pressure reducing valve to work , the pilot line must drain oil to tank.
    So if any pressure reducing valve is connected to an accumulator, it will drain the accumulator till the preset pressure is reached and pilot drain flow will stop !
    Am I right? Can pressure reducing valves be used with accumulators? For example, can we have a 3 way pressure reducing valve without internal leakage?
    Do we have any models of 3 way pressure reducing valves without leakage?
    Does leakage happen when valve is off ?
    For e.g suppose I have a 3 way proportional pressure reducing valve; when valve is off , output pressure is zero. If this valve is connected to an accumulator, will it drain all accumulator oil little by little? Will leakage occur when valve is off ?

    if I put the pressure limiting valve, does system reduce the flow rate? Can I put pressure limiting valve and flow control valve simultanuously? Thanks,

    Nice try with thes animations, but they holds a couple of "flaws"...
    1. The arrows in the upper valve position are in opposite of corroect direction.
    2. How come the pressure is increasing between valve and cylinder at 6 min7sec and still the cylinder is lowering? Where is the flow from the cylinders cap side going while the pump is still displacing oil? The answer is that the valve symbol needs two more positions on each side of neutral position. In that case you are right about the load holding check valve

      Insert the nozzle into the flange gape and fill it up till it starts to dribble from the top blocks ear chamber. Just be mindful not to let any spill into the eye of the head block. This will require further operations to cease until all contaminates have been wiped clear. It is always good practice to take a photo of this for future reference should any warranty claims be lodged stating abusive operations to be the root cause of below average functions experienced by future teams in the workplace.

    tôi không hiểu ,tại sao khi xả không khí trong bình tích áp ra, không khí ( khí nén ) thoát ra ngoài ,mà chất lỏng bên trong không bị thoát ra cùng với khí nén ? tại sao lại có thể như vậy, xin cao nhân chỉ giùm cho kẻ giốt nát này !

      Không biết bạn nói đến chổ nào? Tôi chỉ suy nghĩ đơn giản là do trọng lực. Nước nặng hơn khí nên nằm dưới vẫn xả khí nằm bên trên.

      @@Mtron1000 yes I have placed my faith in Jesus Christ and I was born again spiritually. You are correct I am a sinner just like the rest of the people in this world are, born again Christian or not we all sin. The difference is I admit to God that I'm a sinner in need of a Saviour to cover my sins with the blood of Jesus Christ.
      You are wrong about the nazi part though because the Jewish people are God's chosen people so I dislike the abuse of God's people.
