I think you missed the treasure which they discovered already. YOU are the treasure. The show is the treasure. The money they make from the show is better than the treasure.
I also read the Readers Digest story about the oak island treasure. And have wondered since if there is anything buried there. The amount of time and money the treasure hunters have invested seems quite substantial compared to the rewards found so far. The show does have an alluring theme and I hope they do find something to make the effort worthwhile

As somebody who's been hunting silver and gold coins for a very long time because it so much fun and which I found quite a bit of stuff in New York City old parks.
The show is very exciting even though though nothing substantial has been found yet !! I believe they will eventually get what they're looking for a lot of silver and Gold time will show 😎

I watch every episode and I really hope Rick, Marty and crew find the treasure this 10th season. I love all the archeology finds and find it very interesting. I also like how they trace the history of their finds and involve many family members and friends. After 10 seasons I feel like their family and if I ever go to Nova Scotia I'd like to visit Rick, Marty and family.

Why does everybody believe that there is a treasure. Who told you that someone burried a treasure down there. There is no valid documment nore source that suggests that a treasure exists other then the treasure hunter themselves. They will never found something if they do it’s fake. The pieces they found are all fake just like the “roman” sword that turnt out to be fake. All what they want is that you fools keep watching. Even if they have to change the story one time it’s pirates, the other time it’s sinclair then portuguese templars. It’s just a freaking show. Get over it.
We all wonder if they will find the money pit and often we doubt they ever will, but we keep watching none the less.

I feel, and I think Rick Lagina would agree with me, that at this point it's not about the treasure, it's about the mystery. I hope they find it, if only to get their money back, but there is so much more to the story of this little, no-account island that anybody ever suspected. A lot went on here in the past, and finding out the who, what, where, when, why, and how is unbelievable. But then, I'm a retired archeologist, so of course I'm fascinated.

I can't wait to see what new things they'll find! Already they have found things that essentially rewrite US history, things that I didn't understand because they didn't make sense. But now, with the new things they've found and those explanations, more things in US history make sense to me. Like how we could afford to fight & win against the British in our revolution. Now we know that French treasure was involved, it explains a lot!

They will never find anything because they keep chasing Templar theories. Templars were soldiers, not sailors! They would have certainly died if they tried to sail to America and that's why they limped their way up the British coast after they were driven out of Europe. And has anyone mentioned that Zena's map was drawn with a felt tip pen? Where is the original? How did they verify that Zena didn't draw the map? She is a writer, already published 1 book about Oak Island, was writing a 2nd book...
Maybe the Templars hitched a ride with some aliens on the back of a unicorn and took the bones of Jesus to Oak Island along with the holy grail and Thor's hammer,, but that probably didn't happen. My theory is Cortes buried all that gold he told the king of Spain he lost during "The night of sorrows" on Oak Island via his messenger ships.

Followed the show for several years, and it was directly responsible for inspiring me to take up metal detecting...That said, the last two series have been pretty poor. I just can't get excited about them finding another bit of rotten wood or rusty iron. With the increasing permit restrictions severely limiting new exploration, I think the show is on the downward spiral and will slowly fizzle out to the point the TV company will pull the plug..

I have seen every program about Oak Island, the biggest problem that I have to keep up is with the programs offered here in CZcams, there a a few people showing the shows and I realy get mixed up to which is the most recient show which to me is quite frustrating as I see diferent titles and show dates for the same show, so tell me where can I see the entire and most recient show that is not copied and shown by others?
