I am in southern Ca. I have tried calling the dental board, the dental association the FDA, the attorney generals office. I just canât seem to get any clear answers.

@@hawk6844 you need a legal team with the Secretary of State of Texas to help guide you in starting your business. Have an expert reach out to you and go from there. Itâs $300 to start your business in Texas to be certified and additional fee to talk with a legal team.

I wonder who backs up this certificate since when youâre in cosmetology they donât offer a license for that, because thatâs something over the counter, that course is so ridiculous itâs way too expensive just to get a piece of paper

Do you need to have some kind of license?
Definitely suggest checking with your state dentistry board, but most states that I'm aware of allow client administered teeth whitening services without a dental license
Why is there alot of teeth whitening certifications out there that are under 200? Is investing 1000 in teeth whitening worth it?

Every state and country have different regulations in terms of teeth whitening. I would definitely research your state requirements.
