DE BUFFED Chroma's Effigy? (Undocumented)

saw this on reddit some week ago but forgot to see it in person
/ chroma_got_shadow_buffed
now it moves on its own, very slowly, and when enemies around it first stuns them and then do its own spectral scream or knock away enemies in range
now someone tell me how is this ACTUALLY useful 💀

Chroma is supposedly getting new cosmetics for Lunar New Year, year of the dragon 🐉 So DE might be including some stealth buffs so people are encouraged to buy the skin/bundle

main reason why no one using this build cuz of 50% deduction to chromas def if they just made that dragon follow you every time and do a real fight this build will be cool but for now chroma is one of the frame not even use

How did you arrive derci to such conclusion? Its unreliable and it doesnt seem to move all the time. Plus you didnt test if its exclusive to prime(likely not)
