They were laughing and celebrating on Saturday morning while desecrating the bodies of the dead. They won't be laughing any longer. Hamas chose this, they also chose to build tunnels and store rockets in residential areas. The onus isn't on Israel to protect Gazans, even though in these strikes, people were told to evacuate long before.
You have any evidence the Palestinians were warned beforehand? I wonder where you might pull it from.

The camera was already filming the building because Hamas used that building to launch rockets. Somehow the residents continue to stay inside and wonder why their building was struck. Weird.
They were told/forced to stay inside by Hamas because it looks better for him when innocent people die. This is despite Israel warning, many times over, these people to leave because death is coming. Hamas is evil.
