I am 22 and I had a miscarriage last month. I speculate I was about 6-8 weeks pregnant when I lost it. It has been really difficult the last couple of weeks of unfathomable emotional pain and aching loss. Nobody knows about it besides my boyfriend and I can’t talk to my own mother about it because she is the most judgmental person. My mental health is really suffering. I had a complete breakdown tonight and my boyfriend held me as I cried for our lost baby.

I absolutely love your videos. They always put me to sleep and I wake up actually feeling well rested and fresh. However it would be amazing if the videos were not as bright. It's okay if that's difficult, I understand sometimes it's not that easy. But if it's possible, it would be lovely! Wish you well! 💚
This one was a bit bright for me, too. Are you able to easily adjust the brightness on your device? I sometimes have to put my phone in "Comfort View" or lower the brightness considerably, then switch it back after I wake up

Side note:I have always wanted to try to make ASMR videos but my stomach makes waaay too much noise and I’m scared everyone will hear my stomach throughout the whole video! I’ve always noticed it rumbles more when I’m watching reiki healing videos. Do you think that’s all the energy work going on inside me? Just curious.
