The optimal path to the ball into impact is slightly from the inside. To achieve this path turn behind the ball enough in the backswing to make room for your arms and golf club.
Brilliant video Billy. Can you do a video on pressure shift into the right inner spike of your foot and how you transfer that to your left foot? (for a right handed golfer)
Another coach says your lack of turn causes a quick pull on shots. That's what I've been doing. NOT DOING WHAT YOU'RE TELLING US TO DO. I will work on getting a full turn, thus allowing this historic over the top swing, room to not come over the top. Thanks for the reminder! It's amazing how quick I forget. Stupid game.
Great demonstration on getting left. I’ve used the four step drill before with success but it’s been too long, great reminder
Glad it was helpful!👍⛳️
Awesome explanation
Glad you liked it 👍⛳️

Excellent tip, well explained. I also feel the need for the video on transfer to the left side. Often, I get stranded at the top.
Check out my video Transition Trigger 👍⛳️

Great point..If you don’t turn the arms don’t have anywhere to go but over the top. Thanks for watching 👍⛳️
