You might also find yourself looking some of these guys up for their accomplishments and even follow some of their current endeavors.
You might even be surprised to learn just who these guys are!
If you’re looking for a workout program to follow just like these guys do, you can find them over at athleanx.com using the link above. Every training program is designed to help you achieve your goals as long as you put in the work like some of these guys have.

Jessse should have put himself in one of those cards ! Lol
Was waiting for that :)
When I heard Jesse shout "I've saved the best till last" I was sure it would be him 🤣
Haha for real! Was waiting for it the entire time!
You're such a kind heart Jeff! Even the ones you may not have the highest respect for, you still pay them respect on your channel. Great work Jeff!
I'm absolutely fascinated by this comment, well done sir.
Very classy.
Jeff is the epitome of humility and class. I hope to be fractionally as awesome as Jeff someday when I grow up.
This video was fantastic and made me love Jeff even more than I already did. He is so humble and genuine and all the celebrities he talked about should be lucky that such a great guy felt impacted enough to talk about them.
I truly loved this video! I have seen many of the videos with Jeff/Guest that are featured. This video gave insight into Jeff's experience and was very sincere. Do more like these...!
I'm glad to hear the positive response about Sheamus! It's because of him that I found out about your channel, and both of your channels gave me a lot of motivation when I first started. Now to internalize that motivation, though!

I saw Jeff sitting in the crowd at Sting's HOF ceremony. Thanks for helping him Jeff!
Best thing for me in this video is how humble Jeff is. Someone tell him, he is a star in his own right. 🤩
JEFF CAVALIER is Overwatch. Long lost bro ✨ of Tracer
For people trying to get in shape. This man means more to me than any of those people. No bullshit
put a little bit of a tear in my eye the way he compliments stalone, you can hear in his voice he really felt inspired and loved
You a good dude man and I'm not sure how much you have inspired people( even here in Cape Town South Africa ) in the same way many of the people you spoke about in this video have inspired you. Thank you for the amazing vids and advice. Time will show how much you have contributed to me and where I'm heading. Stay lekker ( awesome) Jeff .
Love this! In the same vein of the David Ortiz vs Barry bonds story I have another one I love telling..... my dad played tennis at West Point - the United States military academy- America was in the Vietnam war and everyone was being drafted including professional athletes-- the top two tennis players were drafted to the military as goodwill ambassadors- Arthur Ashe was the number one player... they would take them to West Point on occasion just to practice against the cadets.... the number two guy would demolish the cadets and take their souls.... Arthur Ashe was number one and he would constantly encourage the cadets and concede points to help their morale....my dad said he was the definition of a class act..... my dad ran into him in a airport in Germany a few years later when Arthur Ashe was number one in the world- to my dads shock he not only remembered him but ran over to hug him....he always said he was the most gracious athlete he’d ever met
That's a cool story.
Loved you had David on here. Not one Mets game goes by without me thinking of my favorite player ❤
Awesome video! Makes me more invested in your teaching. Really appreciate your candor. Just became my number one go to for insights and info on my training path. Thank you.
That’s funny I’ve watched a lot of these people that you’ve trained, and truth be told I’d be more excited to meet you than any of them because you have actually helped me with so many things, great video and thanks again
Awesome video but gotta say I was fully expecting Jessie to sneak a8x10 glossy of himself in there at the end
Stallone has inspired you! Rambo and Rocky have kept me in shape and boxing my entire life. I'm 48 years old and still listen to Rocky music multiple days a week while working out. 💪 Thanks Sly
So do I 😂 Rocky soundtrack totally forces you to train harder as though you are preparing to face Lang or Drago
I'm in my late 40's also and grew up with sly as my hero. I still have to watch Rambo or Rocky if I see it on television even though i've seen it 50 times. The man is a legend as an actor and is still an inspiration now.
Big fan and you always motivate me Jeff, but this was frick'n awesome. Great stories.
This was super fun to watch, thank you! Neat insight into an interesting array of people
I loved this Jeff. Great idea Jesse. Teared up with the admiration shared between you and Sly. I remember that comment on your blog. Great moment. Your the best Jeff. ❤
you're
This is such a cool video, Jeff. Thanks for sharing, man, wow.
Absolutely love this video along with the dialogue. Absolute respect!!! Always love to watch, absorb, and learn to be a better me. Thank you so much for all that you do!
You know what would be epic? A video of Jeff with Sly telling us about his experience working out over the years. I mean, just look at his work in The Expandables. I'm sure sharing his experience of training throughout the years towards a later age would benefit a great many people.
Jeff is someone i desire to be in future, he inspired me to start studying to become physical therapist and personal trainer. He also helped me to gain knowledge about exercising when I started and I might not be in this shape without him. I only have high respect to him as person.
That's so sad. I hope you find your own identity one day

@athleanx I met you probably 20 years ago as a kid in St. Lucia Florida. My dad was the scouting director for a long time. It finally clicked years after watching your videos! Thanks for all the great info, would love to work out with you again one day.
You trained Josh Brolin to train for Gurney Halleck? That’s badass dude! One of my absolute favourite characters was trained by one the best fitness youtubers, that's not something you see everyday
Yeah this was such a surprise and I love it
yeah his acting is great
I love Brolin. But I'll always see Patrick Stewart 'cos of my age haha
He got yoked to play Cable in Deadpool 2, way before Dune.
You know Jeff,
Just like you got inspired by Sly, you did the same for me during my 20s. during junior high and high school, I got in serious shape and did Muai Thai, Parkour, and a bunch of other things in my teens, and lost it all till my 20s because I focused on attracting women, personal development, and my social and communication skills.
After a tough breakup at 20, I wanted to get back in shape, and felt so hopeless in the beginning, dragging myself through it and feeling demoralized, after being able to lift 15 kg each hand as a 14 yo, but could barely life a dumbbell bar of 2.5 kg at 20.
I have learned from you so much during this time, and being inspired but what you do and the incredible shape that you're in, I was able to get back my zest for training hard and was able lift more than 10kg on each hand in less than 6 months, learning from your videos and expertise.
Today I'm at 22kg per hand. I don't compare to anyone, I just know that this progress means a LOT to me.
I owe you today a lot of my knowledge about working out in a scientifically, anatomically optimal way, and also regarding nutrition, and it's thanks to you and you're amazing videos and content.
I still remember the hours on end that I sat down to listen to you speak almost every evening during my healthy dinner each day during that time.
I hope to see you on A-X Live when I get my money sorted :)
Thank you and you're and inspiration for me Jeff!
Still doing muay thai?
I often catch up with your latest upload after I workout. This episode was a real treat! You could not have ended it stronger, Jeff!
That tricep gauntlet CT put you through was brutal! I doubt my triceps would ever recover from that!
I'm a bit late... But man. Some of the things this guy says about the people in the photos almost teared me up. What an awesome video. Thank you for this one. Beautiful stuff. 🏆👏
This clearly shows what a great Career Jeff had.
Jeff, I don't know the average age of your subscribers but I'm sure I'm at least two standard deviations above the mean at age 72. That said my goal is to get my body fat level below 15 and anytime I'm tempted to slough off I pop up one of your videos and within 2 minutes I'm motivated to get back at it. Thanks, form and old guy who figures it's never too late to get in shape,
Very interesting and motivating stories! I am sure that there will be many more to come...👍
What a wholesome video. Good job coming up with it, Jesse
Thanks for doing this. I've met lots of celebrities and athletes. They really span the spectrum of being great and terrible people.
yeah, like people in general.
Which ones were terrible
@@ViralclipcentralVCC I'm not going to name names here, which is why I commend Jeff for doing it on CZcams, with his millions of followers.

Love the personal side of these videos
Wow I love that you mentioned Sting! He is my all time favorite wrestler. Been watching him since the 80s
It’s so crazy that I watched that Maven video yesterday. This was the most unexpected crossover, albeit indirect but I still loved to see Jeff do this.
As a fellow Indian I was waiting for aamir khans pic to pop up haha, maybe next time. Crazy to think of all the amazing people you’ve met. Stay blessed Jeff
Can we get a collab with Dr. Andy Galpin?
Nice, Sheamus is on the list! I doesn't know a thing about his career but his videos, positive spirit, friendly jokes and serious work are contagious! He's really a good guy! Everyone would want to have friends like him hahaha
Great video! That’s really cool how things came full circle with Stallone. Thanks for sharing that! Thats very inspiring! Yeah Jeff I actually discovered your videos trying to find a solution for my lower back pain. After following your coaching, and watching A LOT of your videos. I learned that my lower back was just weak and you were right. It inspired me to start in the gym again. That was in 2020! I’ve now done Train With Bane. AX-1 and AX-2! Literally all my friends and family know you as coach Jeff lol. You’re awesome man! Keep doing what you do! Also, I got to give Jesse his props , he keeps the videos interesting 😂
Can’t wait for this one lol
It's great to hear your humility in meeting these people, giving them praise, and not bad-mouthing people, even if you didn't have the greatest interactions with them!
What a great video, thanks guys!
Great video super entertaining and nice to see this side of you
Of all your videos, this is the one I love the most, Jeff. By talking about others that have touched your life, you show what a great human being you are as well! All the best to you!
I can't imagine inspiring your hero. Full circle indeed.
Informative and cool video.
Interesting. Love loving yourself. Your self put downs don’t match up with who you are here. You look great and have provided me with secrets of training that sometimes I don’t think about… I just do it. And voila… great rest. I swear your guidance has helped me… at 55… accelerate progress… estwith core and flutes. And the other day trading shoulders I was sort of sho Jed at the muscles I could see. I am pretty low body fat… so it’s easy to see definition. I’m vegan plant based, recovering from chronic illness, and am so grateful to you for this amount of support. I’m no supermodel… however I remember to love myself. And know I look my best. I’m also single… 😛Thank you and Jesse so much.
I love that the chapters in the video have been on point until the the end... apparently it's 'Sliced Alone' 😆. Love it!
Class act Jeff !
Good one, Jeff! Really loved your story about how you connected with Sly Stallone!
This was a really cool episode. Love it. Your really Down to earth but I am afraid that you could find the good in prob everyone. Lol. There is the part where You bring it out in them!
Loved the video. Amazing to hear about Beolin calling u during Dune
My friend (Greg Isaacs) was the head of personal training at Warner Bothers. He trained Clint Eastwood, Kevin Costner, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, Eddie Murphy, Cindy Crawford and many, many more. He is personal friends with Clint and Arnold (they wrote the forewards for his fitness book). He said in all his years, he only worked with one true asshole and that was Kevin Costner. He trained him for Waterworld and said he was a total prick and repeatedly tried to get steroids from him.
I want to see Jeff with Dave Bautista.
Wow this is awesome. Loved the reaction to Huberman. What a legend.
We dont see this kind of brotherhood everyday. Well done boys for this great video. 🙏🏽
I went to Arizona State, ASU baseball has a long and good history with a lot of players who have gone pro. You can tell Barry Bonds is exactly who you say he is because Bonds is without question, in terms of sports, the most highly decorated Sun Devil ever and you would barely know he played at the school. ASU doesn't hide he went there but doesn't go out of it's way to promote him and never did even prior the steroid era. When he was at ASU, he was such a jerk the players took a vote to have him thrown off of the team because the manager at the time Jim Brock said he would honor their vote. Well, Bobby Bonds got involved, politics came into play, and the vote didn't matter. It undermined Brock's power with that group but just goes to show how much he was disliked, even in college.
"Oh my god! I can't believe it's Jeff Cavaliere!" 🤣🤣
Such a great vid.
Love hearing how much love and respect Jeff has for people.
Although, the Tate story is exactly how I'd imagine meeting the devil would be.
It's typical that Tate is polite with a guy who he thinks is equal or superior to him, but he's cruel to women etc. who he thinks are inferior to him. He believes only in rigid hierarchy structures.
Awesome video love the content
What grateful video 💗 that will bounce back for sure
Josh is so great in No Country for Old Men

Let’s not forget the Goonies as well 😆. He was great in No Country 👍
Josh Brolin’s dad slept with Barbara Streisand. Big scandal back in the day.

Hey Jeff, followed you for years and always recommended you to anybody who is interested. Could you do a video on bodybuilding and high cholesterol. Always looking on your takes on how to improve and with possibly half of Americans having high cholesterol we need your take on it.

I was going to say I saw Mavens video the other day and it was really interesting so I'm here for this

Sylvester Stallone is one I do like amongst a few others you named. But as a weight lifting truck driver, the character of Lincoln Hawk fits me really good. Sorry not into arm wrestling,Bull Hurley. But a muscular truck driver is what I am achieving. Be able to work out in a very confined space or outside my truck. Sitting with confirmed 15 in bicep and maybe even 16 by now, along with my shoulders starting to show up really has done alot for my self image at 49 years old. Wish I starting earlier but never too late to start.
I love the David Ortiz story. I remember Ortiz’s early years with the Twins. He was a decent player at best. So happy he had the career he did, even better hearing he’s a genuine person regardless of his hall of fame success.
I really loved this more personal, unscripted video format, hope to see more like it in the future. With that being said, your comments about Tate kinda make it sound like you don’t know entirely what he’s being accused of. However I know that you said that this is entirely from your own experience, and who knows maybe he was different back then (or just nice to people he’s not planning on abusing), but if he was different he is no longer that person now, not with all the shit we have of him saying deplorable things
One thing is what they accused him for and what he's done, get your facts straight and don't talk from ignorance.
He's accused of taking money from girls doing onlyfans and tiktoks. He's a pimp maybe but not a human trafficker like what you'd imagine a human trafficker being, like epstein for example. Just cuz you dont like what says/said doesn't make him a criminal...
@@EequalsMCsqaured Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve seen the definition, so I’ll give it to you so you won’t have to look it up “the unlawful act of transporting or coercing people in order to benefit from their work or service, typically in the form of forced labour or sexual exploitation.” If he manipulated the girls into dong those things, ie they’re doing it unwillingly, then he is a human trafficker
@@JakeGreen-dw7vi I’ll also give you the definition of human trafficking so you won’t have to look it up “the unlawful act of transporting or coercing people in order to benefit from their work or service, typically in the form of forced labour or sexual exploitation.” As I’ve said in my comment above, if he manipulated them into doing those things, making them unwilling, then he’a a trafficker, plain and simple as that
